Staff was the best I have seen in years. I always think service doesn't exist anymore but I was wrong. It exists at this hotel

The hotel is beautiful with endless options of entertainment and food. Tiffany at the front desk was extremely accomodating.

The Resort

The room. It was especially small and confined and way way overpriced.

The resort was beautiful and the staff was very friendly.

The fees. After adding in 100 dollars in taxes and fees on to the night stay I was disappointed. Rates should include final price and parking should be free for thouse paying to stay.

The beautiful water features and luscious plants and flowers.

It is so large that it is easy to get lost.

I was surprised by the amount of additional cost. I believe the room rate and hotel resort cost was excess. There should not be a resort fee. Enough people stay there and the resort rate is not over kill. Even thought I was impressed by all the hotel had to offer I would not consider staying again

The breakfast was horrible they have me a 10% discount but they should have given me a voucher for another meal. I would tell anyone not to order room service there

The inside landscaping and layout was beautiful. Grounds were kept very clean. Loved the feel of being in tropical outdoor area without the heat. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved that we could walk to Grand Old Opry and shopping center. Fitness Center was very well equipped.

Most if not all of the on site restaurants closed very early Sunday. There was one take out stand that the employees were very unfriendly and not helpful (almost had to beg them to acknowledge we were there) - all other staff was very friendly and helpful so that's why this was so surprising. Indoor pool was closed for service.

I visited mainly to go to the Grand Ole Opry, for which the location is excellent. There is a good shuttle service from the hotel, both into town and to the Opry. There are many facilities on site and it is more of a resort than a hotel.

The falls were very relaxing to sit by while having a drink. It is a good thing your staff was very nice and pleasant to all!

The exhorbitant resort fee, did not give access to my phone, email or texting while I was in the facilities. The conference area had no internente unless you pay an additional fee. You feel like you are being nickled nd dimed evry where you turn. I puirchased a coffeefrom the self serve machine 3 times at an advertised cost of $3.50 and was charged $4.00 each...false advertising. Food was horrible. Too easy to get lost, not enough assistance at concierge desk. I would come back to Nashville but stay somewhere else.

There were plenty of amenities on site outside of the hotel room.

We planned to eat at Fuse one evening, but it was closed.

A little confusing - especially when you have a waking disability...Should have better markings for disabled people.

The trees, shrubs, flowers. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.

Hidden cost on everything. 4 people in the room but only allowed 2 bottles of water. Coffee pot was hidden under cabinet. Valet refused to get our car when we called after they gave specific instructions to call 30 minutes before we needed it.. Not very good map and elevators for our wing were difficult to find. We ended up paying over $100 more than what we booked here online. Not a bargain at all.

The scenery was beautiful.

Everything was over priced we were charger a $20 service fee for room service each time. The valet was terrible, We were told to call ahead to get our car which we did and then was tikd it would be a 15 min wait. We waited 15 mins before leaving the room got down to valet and waited an hr before they figured out to it was delivered to the other side. Then the following day same problem, no one offered to fix the issue in anyway.

The hotel was beautiful, the atriums were incredible.

The hotel rooms are already ridiculously expensive then they nickel and dime you to death with every little thing. Parking is an extra $20/day, resort fee another $18/day, Breakfast isn't included and the restaurants are also ridiculously priced, so you're $250/night room is now over $300/night. Also the rooms aren't anything special... they just look like a holiday inn. So unless you have an atrium view.... you might as well just stay closer to downtown at a holiday inn and just go see the Gaylord hotel one day of your trip.

The resort was beautiful and very busy. Every employee I met was very helpful and pleasant. They earned their tips. The room was very clean!

The attendents did their best, but the valet parking and shuttle service could be better organized. I checked out a few of the restaurants and ate at one of them. The prices are too expensive. $37 for ribs? I reported a broken shower head which leaked all over the floor but it was not repaired.

There were so many additional charges ($20 to park/day, $18resort fee/day, no king size beds). There were many youngster running through hall ways late night. No indoor pool (closed for renovation).

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The room was clean. The atrium was gorgeous. Nice place to stay if you want to relax.

Loved our room and the environment. Enjoyed eating lunch at Stax. My daughter really loves walking around in the Cascades and other garden areas.

I did not like the fact that you have to pay $20 to park when you a guest at the hotel. I really did not like the fact that we had already been billed for self parking on our ticket and the guy made us pay an additional $20 to exit the parking lot. Was not happy at all when I left.

The hotel was beautiful a lot to do with your family and friends.

It was very hard to get around and the hotel maps wasn't very clear.

The grounds were very nice and amusement park like. The valet was quick to get my car back. Beds were comfortable and rooms was dark when sleeping...except for the crack of light from the hall and the next door room

The bookings.com said parking was15. I paid 26. the noise level from the hall and the next door was very loud and could see the light through teh cracks of the doors and the crying babies next door and screaming parents was not pleasant. The peep hole in the door was too high to see out. The check in was too long of a line and the girl who checked us in was unfriendly. Room service was way over priced. I called security but the family on settled down for a min and the roared back up again. Finally the maids were very loud and came in to our room with the quiet sign in the door. Was not a good hotel. I wont stay there again.

- Check-in was very lengthy & confusing. The process took almost 30 minutes. - The beautiful indoor pool that is so prominently pictured on the website was drained and out of service. The outdoor pools were full, but it was still too cold to swim outside at 55 degrees. This was a huge disappointment!! - I also wish we would have been told that there was a high school prom going on at the hotel during our stay.
