Gaylord Palms

This was perhaps the nicest hotel experience I've had anywhere. The atrium and boardwalk were outstanding. No lack of services. Great staff. The one meal we had was an epicurian delight with wonderful presenttion.

The only glitch was finding the entrance to the self-parking facility. Perhaps better signage is needed. After finding my way the first time, everything was fine.

The amenities.

The carpet in my room was very badly stained and needed to be cleaned.

Excellent landscaping

Lack of balcony

Great hotel with great attractions and consists of several options for our children. Truth is that outside of the pricey menus there was no reason to leave.

Our only complaint was the lack of inexpensive menus for the children. Dinner and breakfast was very expensive when you factor in the children

Restaurants and service excellent. Unique environment with covered indoor area containing trees and shrubs.

Some of the staff in car park could be a little more helpful when taking enquiries, but this is really a small criticism in the context of a wonderful hotel experience

Gaylord Palms is een fantastich hotel. Vooral een kamer met uitzicht op het Atrium is geweldig. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, uitstekende service op alle gebieden.
