“The staff can't be helpful enough and treat you like royalty from the minute you arrive. The atrium is perfectly maintained. The stores are lovely, the ambiance is relaxing. The gator feeding is a nice touch, the fish in the running brooks are wonderful to watch, the cleanliness, the music, etc. etc.”

This was a very nicely updated facility. Our room was not maintained by the housekeeping staff. Drinking water was not replenished as advertised. One of the days we were there, the water service was interrupted, due to a break in the line feeding the hotel? The facility was without running water for almost 8-hours. While I completely understand that the hotel staff cannot do anything about the problem, I did expect that a hotel/resort such as this to step up and show that they value their customers. For example, at the time the interruption occurred, my family and I were at a breakfast buffet that was over $30 per person. Since the hotel/resort had no water, there was no coffee, tea, or drinking water...understandable...but I would have thought that if bottled water was not available, wouldn't the restaurant give at least a small discount for the lack of available drinks? No My family and I were scheduled to attend a College Football Bowl Game that day, and other members were headed to Disney. Again, I completely understand that this was not the fault of the hotel, but wouldn't they offer a discount for the inconvenience or maybe something to show the appreciation of its customers and their patience? No Instead, when I did get thru to the front desk, the lady was rude and unconcerned of what a real problem this was for its guests. This is very sad. Very nice place, but no concept for taking care of its guests when unforeseen problems occur. Beware of all the hidden costs. Our four night stay was quoted just under $800 for four in one room. Between parking and other hotel fees that were not disclosed at the time of quote, our bill was just over $1100. Of course, this does not include meals we purchased. We have spent over 8 family vacations to disney and stayed at their resorts. At least their quotes are real. We will not be back!

I love this hotel. I visit about twice a year. The indoor atrium is just beautiful. I feel safe staying here alone. I walk all through the gardens at night, as well as in the pool, late night. I was upgraded to king, atrium, with balcony. Well, it is expensive. I wish I knew about the construction when I booked this trip. I loved the adult pool but now due to the contruction everyone needs to use the same pool. The spa is also pretty expensive but great!! Direction given by booking agent could have been much better.

Overall I enjoyed the stay. Brand-new waterpark was amazing. I loved the fact that there're so many things to do inside of the resort you really didn't have to leave throughout the stay. We do plan on returning this summer for a family trip, we look forward to returning again. The food was very limited, and the room service menu was very limited as well. I will say the service was phenomenal, and the Hotel met all of my needs.

A beautifully designed and cared for environment. Kids love the indoors/ outdoors adventures and the animals displayed everywhere in their recreated habitat. A little bit of Bush Gardens and Disney packed into a large luxury resort type hotel. Little extras everywhere and attention to detail a major consideration when choosing this hotel. All this luxury comes at a price, but recent improvements and price adjustements make it a better proposition than before. The spectacular kids pool is out but the new water park will be something to see.

I enjoyed the environment and restaurants. Also took the shuttle to Magic Kingdom. I have stayed at numerous hotels, resorts etc. around the United States. I chose this one over our Marriott timeshare in Orlando because it was recommended. I was very disappointed for the price. I was unaware so much construction was in progress and not identified on website. Also the pool area has a lot to be desired. So many parts were not available to me, a paying customer, but only to convention goers. I was one of the convention goers before my retirement and now thought I was getting a 'top of the line' hotel for my price. I did not.

The garden area within is gorgeous. The food at the resturants was very overpriced. We had lunch at the sports bar with 4 burgers, an appetizer, and 2 alcoholic drinks and the bill was over $150.00. It is cheaper to eat at City Walk at Universal or Disney world. The buffet for an adult is over $20 with kids being $10.

The gator feeding is a nice touch, the fish in the running brooks are wonderful to watch, the cleanliness, the music, etc. etc. An amazing place to stay and my granddaughter has a new favorite place to stay in Kissimmee/Orlando! We can't wait to see the new water park when it's completed. The new lighted mirror in the bathrooms is not good for the ladies putting on their makeup or doing their hair. The edge lighting is not good for that purpose, although it's good for just ambiance lighting.

The atriums are spectacular, the whole place is stunning with fantastic attention to detail. The rooms are all of a large and comfortable size. It is worth upgrading to an atrium view room, as being on the balcony looking out over the pools, waterfalls and trees is one of the most relaxed moments I've had in a long time! Fantastic cocktails & selection of drinks. It is not the cheapest, especially for the Kissimmee area and the food and drink in the hotel is on the expensive side (not extortionate though)

Very impressive hotel, Atrium was awesome for Christmas. Shops were good value. Ice was amazing That fact that our room was not ready even though it was two hours past check in time. Having the coffee maker in the bathroom is unhygenic and I didn't like the paper cups. Not enough seating to enjoy the evening performances. Didn't have the room we booked

My reservation was wrong when I arrived at the hotel they insisted that I requested two queen beds , however I specifically requested a king. After the misunderstanding was straightened out they were so kind as to upgrade my room. The only thing I didn't like was the resort fee and paying for parking. It's not a lot, however I'm a college student so of course I was hesitant at paying this fee.

The layout of the hotel all enclosed under an atrium is great. Love Hickory Steakhouse! Love the fish in the area of Key West and the sand sculptures. The gators and turtles are neat too. Love the shuttle service to the parks, very convenient. The bed was too hard. It's very cold in the atrium.

The pool is great Restaurants very expensive. Felt we were overcharged at sora. The mothers day brunch service was not good yet we were still charged for a tip even though we barely saw our server. The food was good though.

“Good value, friendly staff and not too far away from the attractions. Loved all of the pools. Nice having the restaurant at the resort open late so you can get takeout if wanted. The free movies were nice to have as well. It was also nice having security and the community was gated.” Chris, Eyebrow |
