Great staff.good internet connection. A bus stop to the city right infrontt of the hotel! Parking
It is a motel. So there is no possibility to have the curtain open for some day light without losing your privacy.
Very clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff
Location. It's a little far from main attractions
Location and Henry at front desk! Good guy!
Price very reasonable, close to excellent restaurants, comfy bed, great shower, clean, manager very helpful.
A bit small for two queen beds
Bus stop directly outside. 7/11 just up the street with well priced food.
Risk of not getting parking space. Room was quite dark, not much lighting.
Clean bathroom Affordable Comfortable bed
Off the tourist spot
Room was small but clean Guy at the desk was nice and helpful
Parking is a little iffy. I think there was 18 rooms and only 12 parking stalls. Parking lot is pretty tight.
the lookfs of it from the outside werent the best but once we got in we were greeted by henry the manager and he was so nice and helpful. the room was incredibly comfortable and the shower was my favorite part.
Great location and price. Was very happy with location and surprised at the level of comfort that the rooms had
Difficulty checking in. We checked in at 10 pm and it took a long time for anyone to answer the door. There was also not enough parking
Convenient to bus and my location in city.
Location, price and the parking.
There was a mold smell in our room. I guess this is due to the humidity in SF. We had to keep our door open for awhile after we come back to be able to sleep well.
Nice motel and it's close to the VA hospital.
Wi-Fi didn't work
too much street noise! also rooms were supposed to be double queens and we were given kings.
Small parking space
1. Good location
1. Little parking. Not enough for all roomers!!! 2. Very Very poor breakfast 3. Expensive for service.
Lack of adequate parking was at times an irritating problem
Although the motel is not in the centre of San Francisco, it is easy to get there on public transport (the bus stop is right outside) and the Golden Gate Park and Bridge are close by. The bed was great, the bathroom a little on the small side but nonetheless perfectly fine and everything was clean. We were told that there might be parking issues, but there were always spaces, and that even late at night. In terms of San Francisco prices (which are high), this motel is decent value.
The breakfast is not really breakfast at all - it's a cup of coffee and a muffin. Not a major issue for us, but if you want anything of substance don't rely on that.
A good, clean, comfortable motel, well located with frequent buses stopping right outside the door. Big fridge & microwave, modern TV, Ice. No problems at all with facilities and the manager could not have been more helpful. People have complained about the parking spaces, but though a bit small, we managed to get a large 7 seat 4 x 4 into the parking space correctly 'between the white lines' without too much difficulty, as did a smaller 4 x 4 who parked next to us. The manager did however warn us parking was limited and was 'first come, first served'.
The exterior look of the motel looks a bit 'tired', but once inside we had no complaints whatsoever.
Front desk was so helpful with tips on public transportation, bike rentals and dining options. We will stay again next time we are in SF.
Very helpful staff, parking in front of room, facilities in room fine..
30 minute bus ride down town, but that's the trade off if you want free parking
very friendly helpful staff.
no elevator to assist getting to the room on upper floor.
The bathroom was modern and clean. It was near to a number of restaurants and stores
The room was a too congested and need more airing out it smelled.
I like the location in a sense that it was on one of the main roads, far enough away from the big hustle.
The location was pretty shady at night. I wouldn't recommend to stay with kids. The rooms were crowded with the double beds.
Clean, in good condition, reasonable rates.
