Location - proximity to Georgetown Don’t go there! We had dark and dirty suite on the 2nd floor with terrible view on the wall (we had only one day in Washington and didn’t want to waste time for discussions with unfriendly receptionist). The furniture and repair are soooo old! I guess hotel managers guess that plasm tv 32'' can compensate “vintage” uncomfortable sofa, 15 years-old tired towels and linens, fetid carpet and “old-style” bathroom with snabby washstand and bath. In total: please don't believe room/hotel photos placed on their official site - its false and Photoshop post- production, not real rooms. Thanks God, we had 1 night only. Don’t repeat our mistake! |

The location of the hotel. Georgetown was good family area while still easy to get into the city. Experienced water leaking during stay and additional amenities are lacking in the hotel. |

The location was great. The hotel is quite old and the pics absolutely misleading. You're expecting to walk into a nice modern hotel and what you find is not better than any roadside chain hotel. Old decoration, not very clean (there was a forest in my bath tub) and a funny disinfectant hospital-like smell in the room. |

Great location. Friendly staff. Breakfast was uninspiring and high in sugar (but most people would probably be fine with it) |
