The location was great. The hotel is quite old and the pics absolutely misleading. You're expecting to walk into a nice modern hotel and what you find is not better than any roadside chain hotel. Old decoration, not very clean (there was a forest in my bath tub) and a funny disinfectant hospital-like smell in the room. |

The location was ideal. A five minute walk to the waterfront. A five minute walk to dining and shopping. Great location. |

Great location. Friendly staff. Breakfast was uninspiring and high in sugar (but most people would probably be fine with it) |

location, location, location. walking distance to Kennedy Center, and the mall area of DC. In the heart of wonderful restaurants and great shopping. In a historical area. Very friendly, accomodating staff. difficult to find the hotel parking garage. |

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had not been cleaned, nor any of the countertops near the bed.Someone elses' trash was there, and left over toiletries (not from the hotel ) were still on the bathroom sink counter. The parking garage was full,so I was instructed to park in another garage which was closed shut the next morning when I went to leave. |

The rooms are large and well maitained. The main beds are excellent. The kitchen is the best equipped I've ever run across in an apart-hotel. The staff are knowledgeable and pleasant. Breakfast is OK for the price. No extra charges for the Internet access. Poor selection of items in the vending machines. Main complaint: the pull-out bed in the 1 bedroom apartment was not good; mattress was too thin and the blankets not enough. |

The room was very big with a very comfortable bed, a sofa and a modern tv, including a private kitchen and a nice bathroom fully furnished with several products. The reception desk service was fine. The breakfast was very disappointing (quantity, quality, variety) and there were no service provided (high contrast with the room's qualities). |

Suite was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast includedxwith room rate was appreciated. Room was a bit run-down looking. Bathroom fan was noisy and obnoxious. Kitchen cabinet hinges were not secure and the doors sagged and didn't close properly. Also, I had understood the hotel was close to metro service, but had to walk 8 blocks to get to the metro. |

Your hotel staff impressed me the most, and especially Tanya. She was extremely helpful and kind not only to us, but to every guest she met as well as to her colleagues. Every member of your staff whom we encountered was friendly. The location of the hotel couldn't be better -- walking distance to many places is such a beautiful city. The bathroom in the Harbor suite we stayed in could use some updating. The shower faucets were a bit worn. However, while we were there, maintenance replaced the shower head for us. |

Located in a very good neighborhood, close to many places. Friendly front desk. We did'n't like the entrance of the hotel. No soap in the laundry room. |
