Price location and comfortability was great i would definitely stay again
Little noice by the freeway
Easy access, close to everything, friendly staff
Very friendly and helpful staff
There was an issue with a hook on the bathroom door and a burner on the stove. They fixed both right away and the maintenance staff was very friendly.
The location is perfect! The staff was always friendly and helpful. I will stay here again! the location is perfect for walking M st and visiting the harbor. Even for people with back problems or who can't walk long distance this is perfect.
When we came into the room, it had an odd smell of Chinese food lingering in the air. It was not too horrible though. Room was a little outdated, but in good condition.
The suite was huge, and had all the things you would need for a short or long stay. The only tricky thing was figuring out the parking. You have to park out front in the designated spot and run inside to check in and get a pass for the garage. Garage is very convenient, right under the building, accessed by an elevator. The price is steep but what you pay for piece of mind to park in DC is priceless. Staff was awesome, ESP Miguel. He was so helpful with everything! Bed was comfy as was the pullout couch.
The gym facilities
WiFi sooo slow and keep cutting off
was unable to contact the front desk after numerous attempts
The corridor outside of our room had a very strong canabis smell. So we did not accept. In the second room we were given the airconditioner did not work, so again we did not accept. The third room was ok. Parking was full, so we were guided to the garage of the other Georgetown Suites building. This garage was not where the guy from reception told it was. When I complained he reacted as if I was stupid. Bookings gave us a quotation including tax. As it turned out, we had to pay tax over the total amount so the actual price was including the tax twice. All in all, we will never go back there again and we advise people to think at least twice before they book this facility. We are extremely frequent travelers since many years, but this place was the worst.
The property is a little old but well kept.
We could walk from the hotel to the white house and from there to all monuments. we had a big room and breakfast was included. staff was very helpful and nice.
The suite was large and the kitchen adequate. It served our purposes very well.
Booking.com's failure to push the paid-for rez over to GTSuites staff-the front desk agent did a yeoman's job finding it/fixing it, but I had to spend $ to call Booking.com twice to get it done, and wasted about 45 min in checkin which should not have happened
Great location, great staff
Room 608 very noisy surrounded by freeways
Very good location in Georgetown The staff always ready to help Very good value for money Breakfast with a good variety of dishes
The bed was too soft. The heating unit vent was very loud.
The location was great. A very short walk to the shops at M Street and the Georgetown Harbour.
Old, Kitchen was from the 70-'s! Decor, wall paper to old
location and very nice staff, big rooms, clean
Breakfast was basically just junk food, and pre-packaged things.
The location is great, particularly if you don't have a car.
The only complaint we had was that the toilet wobbled. Doesnt sound like that big of a deal, but when you sat down , it shifted significantly & felt like it was going come off the wall. Was also really loud! Very uncomfortable!!!!
Great location. Restaurant promotions were ok. Awesome proximity to the bike share.
The Breakfast was not as elaborate as we have had in other similarly priced hotels.
We had everything we needed in the Suite.
Great location ,easy transportation to downtown and to convention center . Spacious rooms , clean with kitchen .. Staff is excellent and very helpful
Bed comfort was not my preferred level, but there is not one bed that can please everyone.
The location was ideal, and the price was great. The room was spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Staff was great!
noise by the highwayt
Noisy A/C, 80's decor.
Immaculately clean and quiet. Decent mattresses and pillows.
The hotel is a bit tired. We stayed in the Harbour Building because we thought we might see the Harbour but this is a very tired building and although it is a couple of mins closer to the lovely Washington Harbour area you can't see it. The other building looks nicer and has a much nicer entrance. The Harbour building entrance is a bit grim
Location. The large suite. Jefferey the receptionist was extremely jolly and helpful as were most of the staff. A couple could have smiled a bit more!!
Pull out sofa was not comfortable at all ! View from window was wack.
The bowl of apples by the entrance. Breakfast items were good. You have laundry facilities too. We washed our stinky clothes! :-)
