location and very nice staff, big rooms, clean
Old, Kitchen was from the 70-'s! Decor, wall paper to old
The location is great, particularly if you don't have a car.
Breakfast was basically just junk food, and pre-packaged things.
Great location. Restaurant promotions were ok. Awesome proximity to the bike share.
The only complaint we had was that the toilet wobbled. Doesnt sound like that big of a deal, but when you sat down , it shifted significantly & felt like it was going come off the wall. Was also really loud! Very uncomfortable!!!!
We had everything we needed in the Suite.
The Breakfast was not as elaborate as we have had in other similarly priced hotels.
Great location ,easy transportation to downtown and to convention center . Spacious rooms , clean with kitchen .. Staff is excellent and very helpful
The location was ideal, and the price was great. The room was spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Bed comfort was not my preferred level, but there is not one bed that can please everyone.
Staff was great!
noise by the highwayt
Immaculately clean and quiet. Decent mattresses and pillows.
Noisy A/C, 80's decor.
Location. The large suite. Jefferey the receptionist was extremely jolly and helpful as were most of the staff. A couple could have smiled a bit more!!
The hotel is a bit tired. We stayed in the Harbour Building because we thought we might see the Harbour but this is a very tired building and although it is a couple of mins closer to the lovely Washington Harbour area you can't see it. The other building looks nicer and has a much nicer entrance. The Harbour building entrance is a bit grim
The bowl of apples by the entrance. Breakfast items were good. You have laundry facilities too. We washed our stinky clothes! :-)
Pull out sofa was not comfortable at all ! View from window was wack.
Location in fashionable and attractive area with nice walks to Washington and attractions.
Traffic noise because of location of our room.
The staff is the best and I have traveled all over the world. All your needs are met from check in to check out. Everything from out your safety to wine openers. I cant list all accommodations enough to say all needs are cared for and politely and efficiently.
The hotel is located in an excellent location. It was easy to get to M street for shopping and to Potomac River. The room was spacious. The hotel offer nice American breakfast with plenty of fruits, yogurt, pastry and hot chocolate suitible for a vegetarian.
Airplane was noisy. Some people outside of the hotel were yelling at night and early in the morning which was quite annoying.
Location - proximity to M Street shopping, restaurants, and harbour front are literally steps away Comfort - self-contained with kitchenettes and amazing beds. Staff - friendly service (especially Jeffrey and Tina) they always welcome me back. It love it there.
Parking is expensive and the wifi doesn't always pick up.
We had a great seven night break here, the hotel is great, breakfast good, rooms spacious and immaculately clean. There is a bus stop at the bottom of the street, and the subway is a 15 minute walk. Georgetown is lovely place too, we would definitely stay here again.
Wifi was a bit poor at times
Location was great (Georgetown), at walking distance from a shopping area. You could take the circulator bus in the corner of the hotel (every 10 minutes), and be in the train station, National Malls, etc. in short time. Breakfast was also good and staff very friendly. Free Internet was available in the whole building.
Enjoyed our stay at Georgetown suites. Very clean and quite. Location was fabulous... Walking distance to all!!! We were greeted by Derrick the concierge... And he was awesome. He was the perfect host. Anything we needed he was most helpful. Will be visiting the DC quite frequently in the next few months and Georgetown suites is where I will be staying !!!! Thank u Derrick for making our stay superb!!
Could use some updating And a better selection at breakfast... But it was free
Great location in Georgetown, close to many good restaurants, close to Metro. Staff very accommodating as they had us booked into ground level floor originally, but when we asked to be moved to a higher floor they did this without any questions or comments.
This was my second stay at this location and while I think it is great value, it is time for an upgrade in furnishings and kitchen. The sofa, chairs and bed seemed old while the kitchen was circa 1980's.
the suite was very spacious and comfortable with lots of storage. very well equipped. excellent location for Georgetown. breakfast is not exciting but perfectly adequate.
at first we were given a room in the harbor building but we did not like its location or the dated feel to the place compared to the newer building and suites. having booked months ahead we declined the first suite and the staff were very helpful in organising a suite in the newer building
Pictures on the website are very misleading. The rooms are not even close to what they looked like in the pictures. It was very disappointing. Room was very small compared to what they claimed as spacious 800 sq room. Kitchen was right in the living room and in a bad shape.
Location to the harbor, city and metro. Nice comfortable rooms and friendly service.
Location, size of the room, breakfast.
Close to a busy road, dated building, so noise from the road at night. Also dated interior, e.g. old skool airco.
Great central location between DC and Georgetown.
The AC and bathroom fan quite loud.
