The hotel was very nice and well located in Georgetown. The original reservation was not found and we got a bigger room - almost luxoriuos, but also more expensive. The (small) swimming pool would have been nice on the sun terrace. |

Ideal location and extremely comfortable accommodation. Staff were very friendly and willing to assist.Especially appreciated continental buffet breakfasts and laundry facilities. |

The service for the hotel went out of their way to make if we needed something ( razor) they got one. Too noisey outside between the sirens from emergency vechiles during the night and the noise from people outside it was difficult to get a good nights sleep. |

The location was great. The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff was not at all friendly and did not offer any assistance or guidance. They were not clear on the parking pass policies and because I did not understand how they were charging me, I ended up getting charged double what I'd expected to pay. |
