スタッフにより対応にバラツキがある。 食事券が配布されたが、結局使えなかった。ランチ券よりブレックファーストをよくしてもらったほうがありがたい。 |

ホテルスタッフは、とても気さくで笑顔を絶やさないスマートな対応で、とても素晴らしかったです。 ホテル、駐車場ともに分かりづらいところにあり、しばらく迷ってしまいました。 看板等で分かりやすく案内してくれていれば良かったのにと思いました。 ソファベッド用の毛布や布団をクローゼットに用意しておいてもらえると、もっとよかったです。 |

Everyone was very helpful and great to us. We felt very much at home. One day, we did not get any housekeeping. At about 4:00p.m., we finally asked a gal in housekeeping to please bring us some clean towels. It was not her room to clean, but she gladly brought us clean towels. I wish we had gotten her name. We'd like to thank her again. |

The hotel was very nice and well located in Georgetown. The original reservation was not found and we got a bigger room - almost luxoriuos, but also more expensive. The (small) swimming pool would have been nice on the sun terrace. |

The service for the hotel went out of their way to make if we needed something ( razor) they got one. Too noisey outside between the sirens from emergency vechiles during the night and the noise from people outside it was difficult to get a good nights sleep. |
