St.affs were very helpful Air conditioner/heater made awaful noise. They know about it but have not fixed it. |

We needed three rooms to accomodate our family, some of whom had small children. The hotel was very cooperative about getting the rooms together even though they were fully booked. The location is excellent for the Georgetown area, just off the main street and near the Washington Harbor area. They first gave me a room that was one room and a kitchen without a separate living room. When I said I wanted the suite I had booked they moved me. |

I found the room very comfortable and a generous size.I liked the fact that hot drinks were free throughout the day.The breakfast selection was good and varied.The staff were always friendly and helpful.Free use of the internet was a bonus |

Georgetown Suites where we stayed before was much better poor lighting, extremely uncomfortable sofa bed, bathroom impossible and small....three of us in the one bedroom suite. |

Everyone was very helpful and great to us. We felt very much at home. One day, we did not get any housekeeping. At about 4:00p.m., we finally asked a gal in housekeeping to please bring us some clean towels. It was not her room to clean, but she gladly brought us clean towels. I wish we had gotten her name. We'd like to thank her again. |

The hotel was very nice and well located in Georgetown. The original reservation was not found and we got a bigger room - almost luxoriuos, but also more expensive. The (small) swimming pool would have been nice on the sun terrace. |
