The Staff: Very friendly and helpful. Room: Clean, Comfy and large Breakfast: Plentiful and diverse. Location: Wonderful
No negatives I can think of
The staff were really helpful in all ways and very friendly. The rooms were spacious and well accommodated. The location was great and convenient. The breakfast was very good. We'd definitely go back.
Can't think of anything : )
Our second stay. Wonderful one bedroom kingsuite on the top floor with great views. Very clean and well managed. Breakfast included and substantial. Location at the heart of one of Washington's smartest areas
Couldn't have stayed in better place as far as the location was concerned. Room was a really good size, clean and had all the necessary facilities in the kitchen. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. Transport is all close to hand, buses a 3 min walk and metro a good 10 min walk away. Yes I would recommend the Georgetown Suites
Not much! Breakfast could have been a bit healthier and offered a bit more variety during the stay. Suggest a waffle machine....
Excellent in every way except distance from closest Metro. Enjoyed the comlimentary breakfasts, large room size, kichenette, staff courtesy and service.
A bit far walking to closest Metro.
Not just another hotel, more like an apartment. Loved the space, bright and airy, comfortable and in a great location. Breakfast was great. Staff very helpful. Will definitely recommend to friends or stay again when I'm back. Thank you for a lovely stay.
Location is awesome. Housekeeping did an exceptional job cleaning the room. Love the breakfasts. Love the size of the room. Great value.
I consistently had problems with my key not working. I had to go down to the front desk on three different occasions to have new keys made. It's extremely annoying, especially when Paul at the front desk is working. He is a complete jerk and needs some lessons on customer service. He was extremely rude and condescending. Which is sad because everyone else there is helpful and nice. One bad apple ruins the bunch.
loved the position. Large room. The staff were really helpful.
breakfast room always crowded
Very Good Location
Old furniture Very Noisy AC
Very spacious suites. Quiet location yet very close to bars and restaurants.Secure parking below the building.
Everything was fine perhaps the decor was a bit dated.
The breakfast could have been better - with more variety.
Location was great for sightseeing and access to the great restaurants in Georgetown. Breakfast was included and nicely done; great selections including fresh fruits, pastry selections and breakfast sandwiches.
Suites are "tired and dated". They charge $30.00 a day to park in their garage and the on-street parking is difficult to find.
This hotel is clean and modern. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, and the cleaning staff was fantastic. They even organized some toiletries we left lying around the room!
No big deal, but booking.com failed to mention the $30 per day fee to use the parking garage. A must if you're bringing a vehicle!
Arrangements, amenities are excellent. Staff are very supportive. Worth staying with value for money. Breakfast is elaborate and good. Room (suite) are specious.
Breakfast wasn't too bad. they offer a variety of food not just bread and juice. About 10 minutes walking to metro wasn't that boring because the hotel located in a nice neighborhood.
The hotel looked clean in overall but for somehow I found a cockroach climbing up the wall.
The staff was so helpful with taxis and directions. The people who cleaned the rooms were nice and the rooms were awesome! The bed was so soft and comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed, including an ice maker! I was lucky enough to get the penthouse and the views were to die for and the patio was a gathering place before all of the wedding events! Thank you everyone!!
NOT ONE THING!!
Great location for access to all the the main places to see by walking or easy access via the nearby subway / buses. Plenty of restaurants around Georgetown. Suites clean and comfortable. Good breakfast choices for a quick start to the day.
Noisy people in the next room in early hours, luck of the draw!
Choices for Breakfast were great
No air conditioning in corridors
Spacious, clean, nice location close to restaurants
Out of city centre/main attractions, Second bed was a pull-out
Location, Georgetown is a brilliant spot for shops, bars and restaurants. Very easy to get to central DC. Staff were really helpful. Breakfast was included - plentiful, lots of variety. Beautiful big suite with great kitchen.
Parking was expensive. Sofabed was not comfortable.
The location was excellent. Close to all bus routes, including the Hop on, hop off Big Bus, the Washington Harbour for excellent food, Georgetown for beautiful architecture, dining and shopping. Breakfasts were very good also.
For someone who needed tO exercise daily due to health problems, the gym is down several steps, in a very spooky (especially for a woman), darkish basement. I felt very vulnerable when I was down there.
Good location and good parking in a very congested area. Facility was comfortable but dated.
We had to wait thirty minutes for our room to be ready after the advertised check-in time. Staff showed no concern or urgency to get us into the room. A shift change took place during this time but the incoming staff was not informed that we were waiting in the lobby. We had to begin again with new people and begin the check-in process again. Reported ants in the kitchen; no action taken.
Location was excellent. Close to public transport and Georgetown shops and restaurants. Staff very helpful, esp Derek. They went out of their way to assist us. Breakfast quite good.
Our first room was on the ground floor near the court yard. It was very noisy due to people sitting outside our window until 2am. The air on was so loud we had to turn it off. The fridge made ice all night which also kept us awake. To their credit they upgraded us to a bigger room, but with a smaller bed?! Parking is $30 a day. The hotel is a bit tired and the kitchens could do with an upgrade.
Jeffrey at the front desk is an outstanding employee who should be encouraged into management - Requests for cabs to the airport were easy - the airport is close which is a huge plus, and the Circulator bus from Union Station drops off right at 30th St.
the location is excellent, plenty of shops in Georgetown, but restaurants, although many, were mainly expensive, staff all friendlly & efficient, Glad we chose Georgetown to stay rather than DC, lovely place, but still can walk to DC. our suite had two large comfortable beds, the room was massive, kitchen with full size fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster & large coffee maker, ibut be aware that if more than 2 sharing, you will need to ask for more crockery, breakfast was good, with good choice. enjoyable stay.
our room was facing the back, where there were workmen early morning, had issue with toilet seat slipping, which unfortunately was not resolved.
