where it was
it was a blizzard
Location, room was comfortable, mattress was awesome!
TV reception was not that great.
Rooms where clean and comfortable, Staff friendly and easy check in and check out.
Nothing not to like.
The room! It was huge, neat and very well appointed. The bathroom was very spacious, larger than rooms of some hotels. Its on the banks of lake george and located on the lively street.
Not much view if you're living in room facing parking lot. But they have rooms that overlook the lake and the pool.
location was right by the lake. microwave and fridge in room.
the ac unit was a bit noisy. there was a big window looking to the courtyard that the blinds did not complexly cover so the room was not as dark in the morning as we liked.
Staff very helpful, always willing to give us information. Housekeeping very prompt. Coffee always available
No TV in the lobby, lobby was small. very little seating. A bar would be nice
The room was really nice with a balcony and a great view. Loved the hot tub. The refridgerator and microwave came in really handy.Check in and out was very easy.
Bed was a little stiff. Hot tub upstairs was a bit noisy 1 night and early in morning.
The location was great. Our room was good.
The beds need to be updated. They were too low to the floor and one of them was hard and creaky. Despite this, we surprisingly sleep very well. Also the door was missing trim on the inside of the room.
location and housekeeping. They cleaned our room when we were out and never interrupted us. Very peaceful!
beds too soft, not good for my back. Also, we would have appreciated the hotel to tell us that most of the businesses were closed due to "off season".
Patio access and beach availability-would prefer poolside rooms-rather than courtyard rooms. Nice location of Hotel. Could walk in village to dinner and stores.
Our room location- no view of the lake
Excellent location , clean , friendly staff
Location, dining room, parking
Window opened onto walkway - had to keep curtains closed or anyone walkin by could look in.
Grounds and our room were extremely clean and the front desk staff really outdid themselves
I wish the restaurant had been open
It was reasonably clean, beautiful lake views, friendly stuff.
Very thin wall, could hear a person next door scream half a night watching some sports. There is a traffic noise coming even in off season. If I were to stay there for a relaxing few days at the lake I'd be bad, it's just by a main road.
I payed 42$ for a room that costs 200$ during high season. But the hotel staff were VERY pleasant and helped me with me trip planning, free coffee in the lobby, fitness room, pool, and an outstanding restaurant in the perimeter
Well to be honest the room I initially got was not attended by mistake but they switched my room without hesitation
We came in the off-season. It is walking distance from everything, nicely updated inside, and the parking lot is sort of enclosed which was great for our motorcycles.
Noisy- could hear the neighbouring room pretty easily when they were talking. Fortunately they were not up too late.
proximity to everything the view
it was noisy by the pool area because of a wedding that took place both nights.
Great location close to all the cafe's and restaurants, onsite kayaking at good rates
Got a ground floor room which can become noisy with ppl taking outside in the morning.
it was open at 7pm not 5pm and too late to eat. table was too long for two people. no hostess to greet us and we had to find a seat and look for someone to help us. total confusion and a nothing place .
The beds were very comfortable, shower was great. The location is in walking distance to everything in the village. Restaurant breakfasts were good. Nice outdoor pool/patio and a small 'beach.' Staff very friendly and helpful.
The bathroom floor and wallpaper showed signs of mildew and the sink did not drain properly.
Great location. Beautiful lake. Plenty of parking. Comfortable beds and clean room. Worth the money.
Visiting mid-week in Sept. Lake George was pretty much a ghost town with almost all stores and restaurants closed.
It was easy to get to from 87 and Lake George and Lake George Village were close by. Mario's restaurant is right across the street.
Location - being so close to Lake George. Also bar outside was nice. We ate dinner there and it was very good.
Disappoinetd in the heated pool - it wasn't heated. Since it was not that warm outside, it was impossible to take a swim.
Pool area/view Cabana bar/food service
Room Restaurant had cob webs
Everything's but not front desks service.
Front desks.i this they don't know there job.next time I will go somewhere , the place I get my respect. And value.
