Best Western PLUS Denver Hotel  

I chose the hotel because it was cheaper than those in the city center and it had a free shuttle that not only took me into the downtown area but also picked me up at the airport when I arrived late in the evening. The breakfast had many choices and was much nicer than I have had at some hotels where I have paid a lot more. I would have loved to use the pool but it was too cold and anyway I didn't have time. I was very very impressed with the customer service and would not hesitate to stay there again, maybe in the summer when I can take advantage of the pool and the fact that they also accept pets.

A bit noisy

The free shuttle to the downtown area was nice. My only concern was that the van side door was stuck and could not be opened! That was a big safety concern that could have been very dangerous had we been in an accident!! We had to climb over the front passenger seat a few times to get in and out.

The full breakfast was very good! Also appreciated the availability to juice and coffee all day(and night) . Staff hospitality was amazing.The shuttle service was prompt, and the vehicles were clean. We plan to stay again. Very comfortable beds and pillows too!

We were very appreciative the hotel,let us leave our car free of charge for 2 2/2 days while we took the amtrak to glenwood, they even shuttled us to the station and back to the cars when we returned. Very impressed would stay again

Hotel did not advertise the Mexican restaurant right next door, La Mariposa, which was exactly what I was looking for! I was also told by the waitress that they used to deliver to the rooms, and I would have taken advantage of this service. It is not in the interest of business to ignore the best interest of the client.

Easy access and ability to get on to airport quickly.

A bit of noise from the highway in front of our window that was closed. Then the morning trains.

No issues with my stay. I liked the fact that I could park my car on the property and take a shuttle to the airport. The return shuttle service from the airport to the property was prompt and convenient. Plenty of hot water for a shower and more than enough towels

The room was a bit on the warm side. There was a thermostat on the wall that operated the air flow, but seemed not to work, so I turned it off completly. The window mounted ac unit struggled to keep the room at consistent temp. The windows were small sliders that did not let in much outside air. I think some adjustment to the heating and cooling system would make the room more comfortable.

Trouble with keys. Apparently our cell phones de-programmed the keys. Difficult to enter property off Quebec st.

Excellent service, and good shuttle service to downtown Denver. Good continental breakfast. Rooms were large. Thoroughly recommended.

The only issue I had and I reported it on the hotel's feedback card was with the lighting for bedtime reading. I promptly received a reply from the manager saying that they were concerned about my comment and were investigating a solution.
