La disponibilità della reception e l'ampiezza delle camere Ci sono delle stanze nei piani medi (credo) dove si sente un rumore infernale del condizionatore del palazzo di fronte per 24 ore al giorno. Per fortuna mi hanno cambiato stanza, altrimenti avrei cambiato hotel. |

Il personale è molto disponibile e sono molto gentili. La posizione è molto buona e permette di spostarsi velocemente con la metropolitana in tutta la città. |

It was located at very convenience place. Not close from shopping district however, we loved it. The bed was very comfortable too. I didnt like the bathroom door. if I was with my boyfriend it would not be a problem but I was staying with my friend and being able to see him through when he is using bathroom, was not the best part of my holiday! |

We enjoyed our room, however it was not the room we booked. When we brought this up with the concierge we were made to feel like it was not their fault ... as if it had been misrepresented on booking.com. No effort was made to remedy the situation or to offer a discount. However, with this one exception, the rest of the staff were wonderful and helpful. |

The room is ok, the staff is really helpful. Breakfast was ok, and will be better when the restaurant is opened later this year. The only thing was the noise of the airco, but got used to that. Better than a warm room. |

This was my second stay at this hotel in two weeks. In addition to what I've said in my first review - I would like to highlight how helpful and professional the staff are. It also didn't hurt that I was upgraded to a king suite on this stay. |

The thing that really stood out was when the staff physically went to get me a taxi. This was something that I never expected but really appreciated. Just the fact that the restaurant was not built when I arrived in July. Rest assured, I plan on returning in the future when the restaurant becomes operational. |

The rooms are very modern, beautiful and trendy and the hotel staff is excellent! The financial district is very quiet at night, so you'll be able to a good night's sleep. Three subway lines stop really near to the hotel. If you like to sleep in the middle of the 'buzz' of New York and would like to walk 'home' from, say, Times Square, you would be better of somewhere else. I would definitely consider staying in this hotel again, though. |

Hotel Staff's great attitude and manners. At the Lobby, housekeeping etc. Nothing in particular. A minor problem with A/C the last night. They reacted inmediately. No issue in my opinion. |
