Their customer service made me feel welcome. The first night we almost freeze to death because the heater never came on. Come to find out, that was not the first time a customer complained about the room they gave us. Also, their hiden parking fees. I feel like that should be included in the room cost. Very unexpected!!!

The bed and pillows were fantastic! The location was in walking distances to many attractions. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The food at the hotel was great! The carpet was not vacuumed under the beds. No good views from the rooms.
