Staff and food
Nothing, all good!
This was perfect for the events that I needed to attend.
Location to events
Love the location and the view from our room staff were very profecional and nice the guy from the front counter was on point with directions when we ask him how to get to where we need to go, sad we only stayed for one night we just went for the Bronner Brothers Hair Show.
Room was kind of small but its worth the money
Location was perfect for all downtown has to offer. Service was top drawer!
We arrived at the hotel, which was a gift for my birthday, for a weekend getaway ... Upon checking in, we were told that the credit card, which my parents arranged fully to cover the expenses with the hotel prior to our arrival, had been denied.. A call to my parents with the lady at the front desk told my mother the card, she didn't like to use the word denied but it was DENIED .. My mother explained that couldn't be and called her bank to find out the WRONG expiration was being entered .. Meanwhile, we had to place the charges for the 2 night stay on our credit card.. When my parents called back to inform the card wasn't DENIED someone was entering the WRONG info .. The hotel stated it wouldn't be able to solve the problem until Monday .. Our room was the size of a dorm room .. The hotel management told my parents that they would serve us breakfast for the inconvience, but in real style was a credit of $12 for 2 to eat breakfast in hotel. (Which was delicious) However, our meal was more that $12 ... I was very disappointed in the hotel .. Pics show beautiful lookout of downtown, however our room view was of a concrete wall .... The roof top only allowed 21 and only to enter .. I just turned 20 .. It was an awful experience .. The hotel blamed booking.com for the WRONG exp date, however, an authorization form was scanned to the hotel prior to our arrival with all info from card and photocopied .. So they had the correct info .. Will NEVER use this hotel again..I'm not sure who was to blame for the problems but certainly wasn't worth the $460 that was charged to both mine and parents cards .. The hotel says that it was just a hold on my friends card, but it still froze up funds for the weekend ... Thank u for the time to share our feedback ..

We had a weekend get-away and so this was the perfect spot for us. It was close to everything, the room was extremely nice and quaint. I especially loved the SkyLounge.
Loved the rooftop bar/ lounge. It was a beautiful night to sit and relax while enjoying a few cocktails.
A map of ice machines would have been convenient and the floor we were staying on had a strange smell to it.
I loved the staff they were so nice but it could of been A lot cleaner!!! View was great, skybar was excellent.
It was hot every where we went out,in the hall way elevator. Rooms were always good temp just every where else was not.
The staff was very pleasant and extremely helpful.
Pay $28 for parking.
Room had many features such as dimming lights and nice shower.
The staff was very nice/helpful and professtional. Our room was small but it was the right size for us. Loved the shower and the bed was so comfortable.
Was not told we had to use our room key for the elevator but figured it out quickly. That's the only thing. Our stay was really good. We will be back.
Welcome cocktail & restaurant area. Proximity to Park & Aquarium
Local area is rundown with hobos. We got stuck with worst view I've seen from a room (and I've stayed in plenty of hostels & budget accomodation). The room was clean and well decorated but painfully small. We were couple with 2 suitcases so were constantly edging round the bed or tripping over each other. More suited to a solo business traveller. Entrance is confusing layout. Pot luck whether you get greeted at the door so had to drag our suitcases around a bit before a bellman appeared. Sounds fussy but for this price in such a rundown area they need to up the service levels to compensate. Mainly chose this for city views from roof top bar but it always seemed to be closed. Closed all day but also closes before it's official closing time when they feel like it.
Great Food in the Restaurant and good athmo in the Lobby- Bar
Thank you BOOKING.com for the price we got ! very nice and welcoming staff. very clean rooms, loved the valet parking attendants. Great Breakfast menu (the only meal we ate at hotel) Loved the roof top bar and evening view and walking distance attractions and restaurants
when calling to confirm or arriving the attendants do not ask for the confirmation #. Why? it could have kept this situation from happening: When I called an hour from arriving to confirm our reservation, I was asked, " what is your name please" I never was asked the confirmation #. The phone attendant did not check to see if there were two people with the same name (I have a very commom first and last name) Long story short, the other guy with the same name got our room, and we got charged his parking fees and ours ! It was fixed and we ended up in a suite for the same price and the parking mess was cleared up also but it all could have been avoided.
Decor Nice welcoming info Bed was comfortable
Disappointed in roof top bar Smelled like urine by the elevator No real place to put luggage and this is a problem now in hotel rooms....there needs to be a stand to put suitcase on
Location, breakfast quality, sky deck, free newspapers.
Room was way too hot and not able to cool down. Air conditioning just didn't work.
Great place to stay. Within walking distance from CNN Studios, Georgia Aquarium and World of Coca Cola. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times. I usually never eat at the hotel i'm staying, but because of the long journey and time, I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The food was so good I had dinner there on the second night too!
Staff members are so friendly and helpful. it was a very good experience!
the shower faucet was kinda irritating me, because it was too sensitive or it was just insane. While taking a shower, all of a sudden the water becomes too cold after spending a while balancing the water temp. I think they should fix it, room#803 Otherwise everything was great!
The bar is nice.
I checked out after one night. The room is very small, there's not much staff, and no one greets you at their front door. The location is challenging to get to when a game is letting out only a couple of blocks away.
