Staff, room, restaurant, location, on site valet parking, size of hotel is perfect as it gives a quiet escape in a large city.
Cost of parking too high $28 dollars a day.
The Glenn Hotel was the perfect stay! Everything was perfect. I felt safe, comfy, and all of the staff I met were very nice!
Better parking prices(weekly rate?) but it wont deter me from coming again. $26 or $28/night is really standard for hotels in that area and I didnt want to hunt for better during my short stay.
The décor was modern and inviting. It was close to the sights we wanted to see (cnn, Coke, Aquarium - we bought the CityPASS...perfect!) Bed was comfy - wifi is nice. The staff for the most part was very friendly - and they accommodated a room service problem with a hotel credit....Somehow as a surprise, the valet parking was included in our price?? At $28 a day, that was nice...not sure how we got that.
Didn't like the valet parking - we brought quite a bit of stuff and didn't like the rushed feeling of the valet. We came and went sometimes a few times a day over 6 days - you had to line that up with the front desk...They guys never knew if we were just checking in or not...and expected a tip...we didn't as we were there for a few days & it was multiple guys...that should've been included and given/divided up for the different workers that attended to us. We bought the breakfast package (which is like $100+ extra) And every day, we had to pay more($10-30 MORE!)...you only get $12 per person per meal (so we had $24) The breakfasts start right at that and up..It wasn't continental...you had to Sit and order and tip...or order to your room + have $2.50 and %18 tip added to Each day for the room service - That was a rip! Another thing, this boutique hotel seems like it is a hot spot for business travelers - I(we) felt a little out of place (not fancy enough?) We're in our late 20's - and if you want a place to dress up to...this is it...we mostly had t-shirts and comfy sight-seeing attire....Our room wasn't attended to for 2 days (we even asked the front desk to make sure it was one day, and it was neglected...) No pool :( And those pictures on booking.com...they weren't the same for the roof top...we thought they would have more lounge benches...it was mostly chairs...and we just wanted to relax...felt more like you had to drink, so we went back downstairs....
The hotel staff was excellent. Our room was wonderful. It was not at all what we expected. We were on the 7th floor and could not hear any noise from the city. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The rooms were very clean and decorated beautifully. The bar on top of the hotel provided an amazing view of the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the couples.
Centrally located, Economically priced, and a Comfortable stay! We was tired from a long trip...and to retire in a Glenn Hotel bed set off the evening slumber! THANKS!
The hallway lighting could have been a bit brighter!
The staff and location is good, you are within a walking distance to all atraction in Atlanta.
You have to pay for your vehicle parking, and to be fair this in most hotels in downtown, put i was not informed of such payment befor my arrival and they did not cooperate when talked to the manager.
Very comfy bed, comforter & pillows!
Our room was on the backside & heard numerous train whistles as they plowed thru the center of Atlanta.... Maybe all the rooms heard this?

The hotel accommodations were wonderful, but ...
The service at the bar and the restaurant was terrible. We ate dinner in the restaurant on Fri night (late) and we did not get our drinks until after we had finished our meal. Sat. morning we were told the Continental breakfast would be Free and then when the server brought our ticket, she said we would have to pay because we were not considered "Premium" guest. When we ordered a drink in the bar, it took a very long time to get it and it took them a long time to bring the ticket. I would not waste your time trying to eat or drink there.
Modern rooms Great service Proximity to Marta
Just outside of downtown but not by very much so it's not even really a con
The facility was very polite and welcoming. Check-in was quick and room was very nice. Will definitely stay here again.
literally everything was great
curtains were dusty
Staff and food
Nothing, all good!
This was perfect for the events that I needed to attend.
Location to events
I liked the friendly Staff. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was close to the Georgia Dome.
When we arrived our room was hot so I adjusted the AC and left for the Falcons game. Upon my return the room was still hot. Once I informed staff they told me to give it another 20 mins. Personally I felt there was no need for the additional 20 mins after informing them the room was hot when we arrived. However we were moved to another room that was more comfortable. Though I felt that our bill should have been adjusted for the inconvenience despite that situation everything else was ok.
Love the location and the view from our room staff were very profecional and nice the guy from the front counter was on point with directions when we ask him how to get to where we need to go, sad we only stayed for one night we just went for the Bronner Brothers Hair Show.
Room was kind of small but its worth the money
Location was perfect for all downtown has to offer. Service was top drawer!
We arrived at the hotel, which was a gift for my birthday, for a weekend getaway ... Upon checking in, we were told that the credit card, which my parents arranged fully to cover the expenses with the hotel prior to our arrival, had been denied.. A call to my parents with the lady at the front desk told my mother the card, she didn't like to use the word denied but it was DENIED .. My mother explained that couldn't be and called her bank to find out the WRONG expiration was being entered .. Meanwhile, we had to place the charges for the 2 night stay on our credit card.. When my parents called back to inform the card wasn't DENIED someone was entering the WRONG info .. The hotel stated it wouldn't be able to solve the problem until Monday .. Our room was the size of a dorm room .. The hotel management told my parents that they would serve us breakfast for the inconvience, but in real style was a credit of $12 for 2 to eat breakfast in hotel. (Which was delicious) However, our meal was more that $12 ... I was very disappointed in the hotel .. Pics show beautiful lookout of downtown, however our room view was of a concrete wall .... The roof top only allowed 21 and only to enter .. I just turned 20 .. It was an awful experience .. The hotel blamed booking.com for the WRONG exp date, however, an authorization form was scanned to the hotel prior to our arrival with all info from card and photocopied .. So they had the correct info .. Will NEVER use this hotel again..I'm not sure who was to blame for the problems but certainly wasn't worth the $460 that was charged to both mine and parents cards .. The hotel says that it was just a hold on my friends card, but it still froze up funds for the weekend ... Thank u for the time to share our feedback ..

We had a weekend get-away and so this was the perfect spot for us. It was close to everything, the room was extremely nice and quaint. I especially loved the SkyLounge.
Loved the rooftop bar/ lounge. It was a beautiful night to sit and relax while enjoying a few cocktails.
A map of ice machines would have been convenient and the floor we were staying on had a strange smell to it.
I loved the staff they were so nice but it could of been A lot cleaner!!! View was great, skybar was excellent.
It was hot every where we went out,in the hall way elevator. Rooms were always good temp just every where else was not.
The staff was very pleasant and extremely helpful.
