The staff was very helpful and kind. After moving to a larger room there were lots of outlets and surfaces for electronics.
Too much money for an old hotel and old room. No maid service unless I asked for it. Limited room service menu.
Clean and the beds were comfortable after we made them ourselves.
For the expense of $320.00 a night the towels were not replaced, the beds were left unmade underneath the whole high end experience was not in appearance or staffing. This hotel should have a talk with staff. We moved to another hotel a half block away that was just as comfortable the staff just as accommidating and clean for half the price.
Located near most of Atlanta's main attractions, convenient valet parking, reasonably priced food in the restaurant, an excellent breakfast, the walk-in, roomy tiled shower, Starbucks Coffee in the room.
The building is showing its age. The price was at least a hundred bucks too high for what they're selling (New Years Eve, one night with breakfast for two $439.00). A little too laxidaisical with the security (ie. no one keeping a close eye on the door in a neighborhood with a scary-looking homeless population. People coming in off the street unchecked to go to the rooftop bar).
We love the hotel, restaurant and bar. The rooms were great with lots of room and very modern.
The showers were a little less than perfect but still good.
Everything...very comfortable, quiet, great staff, excellent location for exploring the downtown on foot and close to the subway.
This hotel was exactly as described and what we expected. The facilities were nice and the beds were very comfortable.
We were looking for a good rate for a hotel and found this. However, we were surprised by the additional $28 parking fee when we checked out the following morning. It wasn't a huge deal but if you are looking for something based on a budget - the added $28 is a relatively big increase in price.
I did not dislike anything. Good location for the event I was attending!
The complimentary wine
Cleaning services. Did not make up the bed.
We stayed here last year on our honeymoon and returned for our anniversary. It was just as wonderful as it was last year. We will be back next year!
Staff, room, restaurant, location, on site valet parking, size of hotel is perfect as it gives a quiet escape in a large city.
Cost of parking too high $28 dollars a day.
The Glenn Hotel was the perfect stay! Everything was perfect. I felt safe, comfy, and all of the staff I met were very nice!
Better parking prices(weekly rate?) but it wont deter me from coming again. $26 or $28/night is really standard for hotels in that area and I didnt want to hunt for better during my short stay.
The décor was modern and inviting. It was close to the sights we wanted to see (cnn, Coke, Aquarium - we bought the CityPASS...perfect!) Bed was comfy - wifi is nice. The staff for the most part was very friendly - and they accommodated a room service problem with a hotel credit....Somehow as a surprise, the valet parking was included in our price?? At $28 a day, that was nice...not sure how we got that.
Didn't like the valet parking - we brought quite a bit of stuff and didn't like the rushed feeling of the valet. We came and went sometimes a few times a day over 6 days - you had to line that up with the front desk...They guys never knew if we were just checking in or not...and expected a tip...we didn't as we were there for a few days & it was multiple guys...that should've been included and given/divided up for the different workers that attended to us. We bought the breakfast package (which is like $100+ extra) And every day, we had to pay more($10-30 MORE!)...you only get $12 per person per meal (so we had $24) The breakfasts start right at that and up..It wasn't continental...you had to Sit and order and tip...or order to your room + have $2.50 and %18 tip added to Each day for the room service - That was a rip! Another thing, this boutique hotel seems like it is a hot spot for business travelers - I(we) felt a little out of place (not fancy enough?) We're in our late 20's - and if you want a place to dress up to...this is it...we mostly had t-shirts and comfy sight-seeing attire....Our room wasn't attended to for 2 days (we even asked the front desk to make sure it was one day, and it was neglected...) No pool :( And those pictures on booking.com...they weren't the same for the roof top...we thought they would have more lounge benches...it was mostly chairs...and we just wanted to relax...felt more like you had to drink, so we went back downstairs....
The hotel staff was excellent. Our room was wonderful. It was not at all what we expected. We were on the 7th floor and could not hear any noise from the city. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The rooms were very clean and decorated beautifully. The bar on top of the hotel provided an amazing view of the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the couples.
Centrally located, Economically priced, and a Comfortable stay! We was tired from a long trip...and to retire in a Glenn Hotel bed set off the evening slumber! THANKS!
The hallway lighting could have been a bit brighter!
The staff and location is good, you are within a walking distance to all atraction in Atlanta.
You have to pay for your vehicle parking, and to be fair this in most hotels in downtown, put i was not informed of such payment befor my arrival and they did not cooperate when talked to the manager.
Very comfy bed, comforter & pillows!
Our room was on the backside & heard numerous train whistles as they plowed thru the center of Atlanta.... Maybe all the rooms heard this?

The hotel accommodations were wonderful, but ...
The service at the bar and the restaurant was terrible. We ate dinner in the restaurant on Fri night (late) and we did not get our drinks until after we had finished our meal. Sat. morning we were told the Continental breakfast would be Free and then when the server brought our ticket, she said we would have to pay because we were not considered "Premium" guest. When we ordered a drink in the bar, it took a very long time to get it and it took them a long time to bring the ticket. I would not waste your time trying to eat or drink there.
Modern rooms Great service Proximity to Marta
Just outside of downtown but not by very much so it's not even really a con
The facility was very polite and welcoming. Check-in was quick and room was very nice. Will definitely stay here again.
literally everything was great
curtains were dusty
Staff and food
Nothing, all good!
This was perfect for the events that I needed to attend.
Location to events
I liked the friendly Staff. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was close to the Georgia Dome.
When we arrived our room was hot so I adjusted the AC and left for the Falcons game. Upon my return the room was still hot. Once I informed staff they told me to give it another 20 mins. Personally I felt there was no need for the additional 20 mins after informing them the room was hot when we arrived. However we were moved to another room that was more comfortable. Though I felt that our bill should have been adjusted for the inconvenience despite that situation everything else was ok.
