everything and everyone was so friendly and helpful. nice easy, stress free vacation
Great location right off I-70. Easy to find. Good value for the money. Clean.
The shower did not have a lot of water pressure.
When the young lady at the front desk couldn't find my reservation she very promptly and kindly re-did another reservation. It was obvious that the folks here genuinely have an interest in your comfort. It was a comfortable, clean and quiet stay!
There was mud from construction in the parking lot. The shower head was odd, it delivered a shower of tiny jets that were rather uncomfortable.
I was so impressed with the cleanliness both inside and out, the staff, the cozy blankets, the comfort and accessibility to outside and places to take the dog! Thanks and we will be back!
Come here every year and loved our stay this time! Keep it up :)
Not enough towels..
Clean, comfortable, what you would expect. Staff is very accomodating.
Limited cable selection; no one cup coffee maker in the room.
We tried to check in but there was no one around other than an older lady screaming from her chair outside a room. There was construction going on onsite and it was loud as heck. I decided to stay at the Ramada across the street for safety and convenience. The hotel did call my cell phone at 10:58 pm that night to ask where I was and if I was checking in, but I turned off my phone so I didn't take the call. Something about the place didn't feel right.
It was very comfortable, clean, and welcoming! Price was great!
Huge hole in the parking lot. Construction noise, limted parking.
My two kids and I stayed here overnight while stopping at the hot springs and the adventure park. The location was very convenient. The room was very clean, not at all musty smelling like lots of hotels seem to be. The bathroom was very clean as well. Not glamorous and updated but I don't need that. Clean and functional. The staff was friendly. There was a small fridge and a microwave which was nice to have for our leftovers. No hair dryer or coffee maker. Continental breakfast was adequate, although nothing to brag about. For the price compared to other hotels in the area, I was very pleased and would definitely stay again.
The staff was polite.
The room felt like I was stuck in a bad 70's house. It reminded me of my grandmother's home. The bed was uncomfortable to say the least, there were only 2 pillows and no coffee pot in the room.
The staff were very nice, but they didn't tell me about the construction right in front of the room they gave me. Other than that, the room itself seemed clean and comfortable.
The construction right outside my door blocked my parking and my view. And construction equipment and vehicles took up so much parking space that many guests double-parked. The 'breakfast' was nondescript - bagels and coffee. For the money, I would've gone across the street to Silver Spruce, or even a little further down the road to other motels.
Within walking distance of hot springs/restaurants Friendly staff and easy to check in/out
Noise - could hear every movement of people in room above mine
Good rooms, lots of parking outside the rooms.Restaurants nearby, some within walking distance.
There was no restaurant even though it said it had one. There was a café which was only open lunchtimes.
location comfortable bed
breakfast size of room priced about $30 too high
Bed was comfortable Location is perfect
no coffee machine
I like that everything was walking distance.
The breakfast they have is not the best. BUT, there's a restaurant that's attached to the hotel that's awesome.
the location was about what I expected for Glenwood. Small town and everything is close. The staff were nice and helpful. it was a clean place.
I felt like I was at grandmas house from the 70's. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom could use some upgrades other than the tub liner that was loose fitting.
Location great, easy walking to the spa, and restaurants.and we could watch the cable car from outside our room
The complimentary breakfast, we paid at the diner attached to the motel, which of course was the whole idea
comfortable and good value.
Unfortunately, we had 2 running and jumping children right above us, they didn't quiet down until 9:00pm.
It was perfect for a short stay. Close to lots of things, clean but nothing fancy.
The owners are in the process of updating this property and it is being nicely done. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the room though it could use a coffee maker.
The exterior of this property is not very inviting. Perhaps if they took the toy hauler trailors off the property and planted some grass and shrubs it would be more appealing. Certainly does not draw people in that are just looking for a place to stay close to town.
No fruit at breakfast
Leave your car in the lot! Very walkable to downtown ,hot springs, vapor caves and Glenwood Adventure Park.
Skip the continental breakfast and go to the VI across the street.
Fantastic location to downtown Glenwood Springs, walking distance to the hot springs. Comfortably clean room.
Bathroom was a little outdated. No luggage rack to hold your suitcase off the floor.
