The hyper elephants upstairs.
Free coffee in room and breakfast buffet. Waitstaff were wonderful.
breakfast buffet was a joke, and they lured you into it by giving ONE voucher, then another half-price. It was worse than no breakfast at all. My friend mentioned that the coffee tasted awful- of bleach, and the explanation was the cleaning of the pots required. Good grief- RINSING them thoroughly would get the poison out !!! Noisy lobby, of course, like all Nevada hotels that have casinos
the place was clean- dinner was very nice in the Steakhouse restaurant
Only the bed were a little uncomfortable.
The room's were always clean when we came back. The employees at the buffet was great.
Room smelled like smoke, bad. Dont even consider if you have alergies or asthma. Borderline for my family. I requested non-smoking, is only a request the hotel does not have to honor, fyi.
It was ok, decor was average for a hotel in this price range.
The outdated decor :(
The price was gr8!
Good service. Would like to return soon. Love the room rates.
Keys for rooms didn't work had to go down twice to have r Them changed. Breakfast was included but they never gave us our coupons so we had to go back to front desk again
Had to ask change person for ticket when cashing out on some machines.
Comfortable beds and buffet breakfast
THE BUFFET WAS EXCELLENT!! FOR BEING A FREE BUFFET THERE WAS AN ABUNDANCE OF FOOD.
is very convenient for me.
I just didn't like the smoking is all.
I just turned 21 and don't want to be in a fast paced place this was perfect to get the hang of gambling. free breakfast to when you book.
Never got the free breakfast we were promised and the checking in and out process took way too long because they were understaffed
It was clean and the tv was nice and a good size
room was smoking requested non smoking
The shower valve was broke and had to take a cool shower.
Staff could be friendlier and more helpful.
Convenient to our travel to california.
Coin slot machines.
No Resort Fee
Our toilet was noisy and squeaked loudly when flushed & continued until the water stopped running (aprox 5 minutes)
This is the perfect place to stop on your way to Vegas to rebalance & rest up from your drive, before getting to the strip. I don't enjoy getting into a packed lobby & long lines of a crazy big hotel after a long drive. Free breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Definitely an older more relaxed crowed down in the casino. The beds where clean and smelled of cheap-fresh lemon detergent :)
First of all the hotel could not find my reservation for my room. The lady at the front desk was arguing with me and telling me I could not get a room. After a few minutes of arguing with her I asked for her manager and she was arguing with me too. I told her to give me my ID and credit card back that I'm going some place else and she told me that the only reason why there is a problem is because without the reservation I could not get free breakfast in the morning. I only got 50% off my breakfast. Our room was a nonsmoking room but still smelled like smoke. The beds where so hard I could not sleep. Then in the morning I got into the shower and there was mold in the shower. So gross! Next time I will drive the extra 11 miles to Vegas and get a better room!
The breakfast buffet and the staff that works at the buffet did a good job. That's about it!
The system for paying out on the slot machines was ridiculas, having to wait 20 minutes everytime I wanted to go to another machine was crazy. Check in lady was Not friendly at all in the evening. Day staff was nicer.
The price was reasonable, food was good.
Walls are so thin I can hear my neighbor talk.
Check in staff very rude did not make our visit start off right!!!
Air wasn't as filtered as I would like, and there was no coffee shop, but the staff gladly provided coffee.
It was relatively quiet which allowed us to play while relaxing. The nostalgia of winning actual money at the machines instead of just tickets.
The staff was rude, the casino was stuffy and the games were not hot at all.
