It took a long time to check in

Late night buffet

Beds are very uncomfortable did not get good rest after driving all night. So disappointed!!! & Toilet was dirty.
Forced to stay due to nasty traffic jam on 15 to California. Having nothing but praise for the staff (from check-in to waiters, housekeeping, dealers)who met the unexpected demand with a smile.
none. price was right.
The couple that were in the room next to mine were up at 2:30 to 5:30 having a conversation which I could hear every word even the 7 times he sneezed. The sound factor is horrible.
I found a smoke free passage in and out of the building.
There was a great amount of dust on all the flat surfaces in the room. On the second day I cleaned them off. The drawer bottoms were also very dusty and I had to clean them as well before placing my clothes inside.
The price was right.
It is out in the middle of nowhere.
I have stayed here in the past and it has always been the "stopping ground" for me and my Grandmother. She has since passed but I still stay there in her Honor and it has never been a disappointment!! It has been pleasantly remodeled since my last visit! LOVE IT!! Staff is very nice, helpful & knowledgeable!
That my stay could not have been longer :)
I liked that it was a half hour out of Vegas so on my way to California I didn't have to fight traffic.
The shower head was way too low. The beds were awful. The compressor on the air conditioner was so loud we turned it off but then the room was hot.
Staff were very nice
Ease of checking in and out of facility.
Well first off they couldnt find my reservation. Then they said we dont have a room for you. After back n forth back n forth i finally got a room. It smelled weird the beds were so old and hard. The carpet was shredded and coming up. The bathroom had rust on the walls and onbthe fixtures. Needless to say i doubt i will b staying here ever again.
Uncomfortable beds - like a rock
The beds were terrible!!!!!
price, easy on and easy off freeway
smoking room stinks of smoke. Seems like there could be something they could put in there to make it smell fresher. It sure puts even smoking people off from staying there.
The room was made up very nicely and very quiet.
Looks like I was double billed by booking.com and Gold Strike but I will watch to see if one of the charges drops off. If it doesn't I will need to call Gold Strike.
Loved 5c slots Older machines r the best
Booked king bed, time of check in received room w/2queen :( thin walls 2 noisy Places 2 eat closed way 2 early! Not many places 2 eat
The room was large, in better than average condition and well kept by housekeeping. The common areas were also well maintained and generally clean. Noise was a problem on the last of 4 nights because of a family of unruly and then unhappy kids. The distance from the strip is not as bad as most sources indicate. It's roughly 20 miles from the South Point Casino Hotel and of course a little more to the Trop, the mgm, etc. Liked that there were no resort fees on top of the room charges. In reality, they had no real resort activities to charge for. In those hotels with so called resort facilities how many get used by visitors anyway. For some one who is driving to Las Vegas and is not planning to go directly from a show or the casino directly to their room, this is a good, cheap, choice.
There is a steak house, a snack bar, and a buffet. We did not try the steak house although it looked like a good value. The buffet was ok and generally better than those you find in strip malls etc. Nothing all that fancy but no heated frozen food from the super market either. The snack bar offered espresso drinks and Krispy Kreme donuts. The problem was that it was open once in our 4 days staying there. I'll admit that we didn't stand there and wait to see when it was going to open The staff wasn't sure of the hours and the hours stated in their own literature was fantasy.
There was noise coming from above, in the ceiling. It wasn't the people above. It was an off and on noise from pipes or something mechanical.
The price was decent
Could have been a bit cleaner
Hot tub was open until midnight, Staff available 24 hrs, polite and friendly
No refrig in room Buffet was small and overpriced
