I like how the staff treat the peoples and how the maids kept the room clean
Comfortable, nice location.
Location is excellent, restaurant outstanding, good valet system, free wi-fi,
They really need to have darkening blinds to pull rather than just a curtain that does not close completely to keep the neon lights out. They simply must put in double pane windows to keep out the noise. The bed slanted excessively.
The water temperature was horrible. The cold water didn't work our entire stay so we had to take scorching hot showers and all they had to say was its an old building there is nothing they could do about it to run the cold water in the sink for a while before showering.
Noisy from casino.
Location. We stayed on the strip last time and came downtown one night and we said that next time we came to Vegas we were going to stay downtown.
The drinks here were cheap. Reservations aloud us to change our room. The restaurant had good food that was cheap and open 24 hours.
The rooms smelled like smoke very bad. Was very loud all day and night from the music. None of the vending machines worked.
the suites are huge the staff is friendly the showers in the suite are to die for
the regular rooms are very very small if that's was all I had seen of the rooms I would not have stayed there but we had a suite and those rooms are huge and gorgeous
We liked the whole character of the casino. Not to sure of having dancers though, dancing in the cards and craps areas. I know its marketing, but looked out of place.
Freemont street had a concert that evening. Totally forgetting it could have the entertainment sounds of the bands, echoing into our room. Didnt get to sleep until 1am. But thats ok. Had great character to our room.
I like the location, nice staff after 6pm is more interesting.
We gone there for relax. I was wrong. Live music till 1am. So not much sleep
Very cozy! Awesome bed!
There was no hair dryer in the bathroom.
Right in the heart of old Las Vegas. Opening windows and the outside noise stopped at 10.30 and then sounded very peaceful.
Only bad bit was smell of cigarette smoke at night, coming through ventilation system or under the door.
room location made it quiet
Hotel had dates wrong for our stay. When I showed them our reservation they provided a room for a higher cost. No one was authorized to correct the mistake,
Love the location on Fremont Street. Old school casino and hotel. Great prices!!
No fitness center or pool.
the roomn smelled was old and tiny. The staff were rude and unfriendly. They might as well had robots for staff members. The front desk supervisior had no personality and could care less.
I loved the view adnd cleanilessness
That you had to pay wifi and the housekeepping
Easy to get everywhere
No water anywhere by vending machines. Only soda. Everywhere soda :(
Price cute cozy room atmosphere was great. Right on Fremont experience. Pleased with first stay here.
The room was small but nice, just right for me.The bed was the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in.location perfect to go right outside and see the fremont experience.
The ice machine in the hall was to noisy at times.thats the only thing i didnt like.
The rooms are close the the main stage, so loud as hell till 2 am everynight
Kitsch - dancing dealers Nostalgia factor Reasonably good deal, all-round Lots of old features that have been wisely saved Fremont Street
Fremont Street The noise is non-stop until 12:30
Pictures make it look nice. Rooms are very small. Only option to valet park. Not sure why a resort fee is charged when there's no gym, pool, or other things to enjoy besides gambling which we don't do. Bathroom is so small the door only opens half way before hitting toilet, and water would not reach comfy temp. In retrospect would have paid more for a comfortable room elsewhere.
the food -prime rib - was very chewy -potatoe cold- over priced pot pie was cold hotel was loud due street noise until 200pm then garbage trucks in alley all night
The hotel restaurant had very tasty breakfasts.
The hallways and rooms really had an old building / old carpet smell which was an immediate turnoff.
The place is old, needs renovations
