We stayed at the Tropicana, and was highly impressed with them, & Borgata was EXCELLENT, but we went there our last day, and only had about three hours to spend. Late night food options were poor, everywhere we went. We had a sub at Tropicana the 1st night, and it wasn't very good. The workers at the late night venues, had a very hard time communicating, and understanding ENGLISH requests. The Food we did have seemed to be rather expensive for what it was. We ate at Chickies & Petes at Trop. & the Buffet at HARDROCK! We were one of the first guests into the buffet, and yet the Roast Beef was ALREADY prepared WELL DONE, there was no Rare, or Medium Options. It was $40 pp, and options were not incredible, just our own personal opinion, I guess. Hardrock also had DRINKS in glass glasses, and they were regular sized. (Not just a lil' plastic sample size). The Boardwalk was very nice, although we wished the weather was a bit warmer that was our fault for going in March. We did read online, however, that the TRAM would probably be up and running on the Boardwalk and it wasn't. The JITNEY was a great option at $2.50 pp going from Tropicana to Harrahs, and then again from Harrahs to the Borgata. Our cab driver to the airport, was Wonderful, and it was cheaper than we had expected. Will def. visit again in AC.

Love the boardwalk area but most of the shops r closed til summer crowd gets there. Beautiful beach near the casinos outside of that there are alot of homeless people and beaches further away from resorts is littered with needle caps so don't dare walk barefoot..

ATLANTIC CITY IS GOOD IF YOU STAY IN YOUR HOTEL SO I ADVISE YOU STAY IN A HOTEL THAT HAS EVERYTHING THERE, THE STREETS OF ATLANTIC CITY ARE OVERWELMED WITH HOMELESS, WE SAW MANY DRUG USERS STUMBLING AROUND, LOTS OF TRASH ALONG THE BOARDWALK, THE CITY NEEDS A GOOD BATH. THERE ARE THE TANGLER OUTLETS , THEY ARE NICE, BUT I SUGGEST ONLY GOING IN THE MORNING

I like most of the things during my stay except for few things.
There was no refrigerator, no microwave, no water bottles when checked in.
The linens and sheets were very hard and crispy which made our sleep uncomfortable

A city of dilapidated buildings and derelicts roaming the streets like zombies. And don't get me started on the bums. Only come if you have a very specific reason to be here and leave as soon as you can.

The view was fantastic.
The view was fantastic. I really don’t have anything bad to say. If you ask me I rate it a 5 star to me it is. I would loved to come back there and hopefully I will have the house it was really enjoyable
The Tropicana is a huge property. Besides the casino, it's got lots of restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and shops. You don't really have to go out of the hotel for entertainment. One end of the Tropicana opens on to the Atlantic City boardwalk. So great location. Overall great experience. I stayed in the West Tower. That is pretty close to where all the action is at the hotel. Some of the other towers with hotel rooms seemed to be a bit of a walk away.
The front desk and overall staff were very friendly and accommodating... for the price I didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised. It's a cheap place to stay while in AC nothing more nothing less but it doesn't feel like a rundown scummy motel which was great.... of course it is a little outdated but they try their best to keep things clean an tidy which we can appreciate...
Typical large casino hotel.very friendly staff. Newly renovated rooms are very nice big clean and modern areas..great value and impossible to fault .food is good in both quality and value in the onsite bar.the keg I think it's called.at time of writing the hote6iz undergoing a 90 million dollar refurb so they are fighting to get the customers back.the way they are going they will.
The hotel is very glamorous. Our room was huge! The furnishings were very upscale and comfortable. Loved the bathroom being located in a separate space away from the bedroom area. Very restful and the view of the Atlantic City strip was gorgeous. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. We will be back.
The bell guy Bob very nice also the room was very clean beds were comfortable. Our room was ocean front a beautiful seen every morning. Very close to the beach. Parking was great we did self parking that leads into the hotel and cheap. Everything was just great for our first time staying will be coming back again.
Clean and big room, a 10 minute Uber drive from the broadwalk and away from the other hotels but great location and by far the best hotel! Very clean! Casino floor was busy all weekend and a great atmosphere. Lots of choices for food in the hotel, don’t have to leave the hotel everything is right there!
The beds were the absolute best part of the stay. Seriously the most comfortable mattress I've slept on. The building is beautiful, and it's near everything, yet quieter than staying at any of the casinos, slightly cheaper depending on time of year, room type etc.
Great value for the room. Instead of staying on the boardwalk it's a lot cheaper to stay here and Uber a trip to the boardwalk. You'll have hundreds doing that. The room is also big and spacious with a huge terrace
The room seemed to be renovated and was very comfortable, the service was good, convenient location to the Convention Center and the other convention hotels/events, easy (cheap) parking.
This is the far most the worst hotel I've ever stayed in .I stayed at best Western and paid a cheaper price than this I spent and got way better services than this place
Loved this old hotel. Lots of beautiful antiques and amazing pictures of Atlantic City. Great location - very close to thx beach and boardwalk. Delicious breakfast.
