Big room.

Quiet casino. Could hear myself think

Rude, thoughtless neighbors in next room. Banging on walls and playing music all hours of the night. I called security twice before they finally quieted down. Had a horrendouw night's sleep due to that. I feel that I should've not had to pay for the room considering the inconsiderate neighbors. Went to front desk, they gave me an additional 2 hours for check out but that doesn't make up for lost sleep. I will not stay there again, walls are obviously very thin, and clientele who stays there are "ghetto" at best.

Loved Lillies

Only one table dedicated to single hand blackjack and used a shuffler for one deck.

Atmosphere

Changing rooms, paying for valet parking- if you are staying at the hotel, parking should be free. It's costly enough without tacking on 10 dollars more to retrieve your car

our room had a connecting door to another room and the ccouple fought loudly, so because of the door it was a noisey room.

The layout of the room and hotel

The staff was horrible. First of all first room was flooded from a hole in the sink and they wanted us to wait to fix it. Then we were charged for room service we never ordered. Idiots

We loved the hotel rooms. The bed was so comfortable and had the best pillows! I like the size of the casino and hotel as it was not so hard to walk from one side to another. They have a great pool with fire pits around the deck with a outside bar where you can order food and cabanas.

My husband would have like the casino to be larger with more games.

The newly renovation in the King Luxury room was modern and attractive.

The room smelled of smoke because smoking is allowed in the casino. We were first on the 15 floor and later moved to 23. The smoke smell remained. Also, the room next door was full of young noisy kids. The walls are thin. We literally heard conversations with clarity.

The quality of the room and accommodations were great. I also enjoyed dining at Lily's Asian Restaurant. The food was delicious.

I was not satisfied with the quality of food at Michael's restaurant. The food was not as tasty as I would have liked.

Room with a view, comfort of room & design of hotel ,casino& room. Lillies restaurant, late room cleaning & 12:00 check out.

Front desk customer service is a real turn off. Reservation staff is always conversing with other staff members,have never felt special or had 100% focus on check in. Twice, one f the keys did not work. Last visit my check out time was incorrect. &Amp; I was inconvienced by having to return to correct & reactivate keys. Pay attention to detail!!! Or I'll be going to another Hotel!!! Next time.

the room was nice but windows were dirty on the outside which took away from the view. But loved the room it self.

Did not like being charged an extra 100.00 at the hotel and did not like the casino.

Value for the money. Luxury without the expense. The entertainment, magician was excellent. Whats not to like?

I didn't win in the casino.

I liked the staff, very professional in a comfortable way,they make u feel welcomed. The overall hotel/room design,makes u feel home away from home in a stylist kind of way.

Lack of cleaning service on the room

We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again. The only problem is the hotel was a bit pricey (maybe because of last minute reservations) so we had less to gamble and dine with. We didn't get to dine at the Nugget this visit but we are looking forward to visiting the chart house.

I not only liked, but I loved the modern room accommodations. The staff was excellent. The room size was nice as well. My sweetheart and I had a lovely time. He was really impressed with the bell hope service and valet parking. He said that "he felt like a kid in a candy store." Overall, very good experience.

Although we were treated like royalty when we first arrived, that was not the same feeling when we were leaving. My friend called downstairs for service for bags to be taken downstairs and noone showed, so we took the bags downstairs ourselves. Once I arrived at the counter, noone asked me if I enjoyed my stay or anything. I was greeted by "are you checking out, and I replied yes." I was told about the final charges and if I wanted them to taken out of my credit card or would I like to pay for the balance with cash. I remember making the reservations and saw that the internet service was included and than when I received my bill, I saw that I was being charged for the internet. That was disappointing.

Very nice, clean,comfortable and decent-sized room. We stayed mid-week so it was also very cheap. The hotel is a bit far from the Boardwalk, but taxi prices in Atlantic City are capped at $13, so you can head down to the Boardwalk fairly cheaply. I wish we'd booked two nights here instead of just one.

Paying for parking - although it's only a small fee, I don't know why they charge for customers to park in the hotel's own car park.

The room was nice and I found it comfortable.

I find it sad that for 2-3x the price of a more average hotel room elsewhere, the casino is so cheap as to not have free parking and wifi not available for free as basic amenities. I realize $5 isn't that much, but it is just a quick thoughtless revenue- generator at the expense of already paying guests.
