Great location and Casino.
Rooms non smoking but must have been smoking in the past as had bad smell!
Been going there since I was a kid spending time on Lake Mojave. It will always be my spot while in Laughlin.
Loved the location and the room was large and welcoming. Ate at Bubba Gumps and had one of the best salads ever! Strawberry and Pear.....delicious!
We didn't like the girl that checked us in. Firstly, my sister and I stood and waited to be checked in for nearly 10 mins. There was one girl dealing with the person in front of us and three other members of staff wandering around the check in desk. Not one person acknowledged us nor did anybody bother to apologize for the wait we had. We were about 45 mins early for check in and asked if we could check in early. She said yes but could only give us a king room not a twin bedded room. I asked when would our twin bedded room be available and i was told i could come back at 4.30pm! Check in is supposed to be available at 3pm and although i do realize that i was early, this girl assured me that there would be no twin bedded rooms available for 2 1/2 hours. I find that remarkable for a hotel of that size. The fact we didn't get a twin bedded room is neither here nor there as it was my sister and i traveling so no big deal. The big deal was the attitude of the staff and from now on I shall be staying at my other favorite hotel, Tropicana, across the road!
Pool, Spacious, Ambiance, Quiet Entertainment
1. In spite that I reserved 2 rooms for 2 family 3 months before, 2 rooms are in the different stairs. It’s badly organization by hotel operation. 2. On check-in, the reception required us 30 $ for security deposit in case of room damage beside hotel charge & tax. This prepayment is not informed in the details in reservation regulation. It was un expected charge claim, and a disappointing surprise. 3. No refrigerator in the room is inconvenient for keeping drinking cold. 4. The room is on the 1st floor, but no smoke curtain, so we ccould’t open the curtain because all visibility from outside.
A place to sleep
Everything was great. No complaints.
In room coffee supplies needed to be restocked on my second day.
Good sleep and very clean Most of the staff were awesome
We called for a bellman and waited about 20 minutes and had to call again and then we waited another 10 minutes or so
Nada, zip, nothing
The non smoking room stank of smoke. The staff were ignorant. the casino was tatty and needs a clean. The waitresses all looked like retired strippers, but still dressed like they were strippers.
Good spacious rooms. Excellent pool. Easy parking. Daily service to rooms very good. Tea /coffee machine in every room.
Being used to their restaurant called Harlows ,which had an excellent Sunday brunch and daily specials -- very disappointed it had been replaced by Claim Jumoer company ,basically a fast food outlet with poor staff and service.
Wifi, live keno, accessibility.
As a one night stay, the hotel was a good value.
This is one of the older hotels and does show it's age, not even a security latch that is in hotels of today. And the location is for gambling or water sports. Nothing else to do.
Everything was relaxing not like Las Vegas where everything is fast paced.
The weather on my way to Laughlin, NV it was raining cats and dogs we kept getting flash flood alerts, but eventually we made it safely to our destination
Requested rooms near elevator and they were right by it. Usually that doesn't happen, so was very pleased.
Rooms were quite small.
Location staff rooms
Liked the rooms and the casino.
Need more then 1 bathroom in casino.
they hotel was fine and the bed was good
the hand & bath soap gave me hives, on further checking we found it was all made in CHINA and no American soap was available at the hotel or gift shop. we talked to others who had the same problem but the hotel staff seemed indifferent
Reserved king room , got queen room. Sink plugged, not resolved, removed p - trap.
Free Wi-Fi throughout the Hotel. Cool atmosphere when walking into hotel. Walkout to water taxi and river walk made access easy. Good parking garage set up.
In-room coffeemaker did not work. Older facilities, so you heard plumbing and other guests walking. Would have been nice to have a mini frig in room.
accommodations pool area atmosphere
had to call house keeping twice. did not make up our room.
Stayed at another hotel here in Laughlin 1 week ago prior to going to the Grand Canyon, Everything was at a higher level of service at the Golden Nugget, Wi-Fi was included with your here, The other hotel charged $11:95 for 24 hours and it didn't work properly, The Golden Nuggets free service worked great.
great 4 days beautiful river setting .we came from england had a lovely break before doing more travelling .would recommend
Hotel staff was friendly. Location good. Room clean. Bartender at Bubba Gump very friendly and prompt. Free internet; that was great since I was working.
We thought we paid through booking, but I got charged for one night and we have yet to figure that out! Room cold, bed hot. Restaurant server bad at Claim Jumper. No seating in the Starbucks.
Billing did not match what was quoted by booking buddy
