The location! Very close to Disneyland :-)

No breakfast served.

Affordable and very convenient

No service from staff at all. When we needed toilet paper or a pillow we had to get it ourself.

The location, it was close to knott's berry farm.

1) Swiming pool was not available till summer and didnt state that on the website. Kids were looking foward for that. 2)had to pay for ice. NEVER in my life had i had to pay for ice at a hotel!! 3)had to pay for wifi $4 a day... funny cause most places is free 4)No breakfast like stated on GN website. 5)Manager David denied our room service. 6) our key to our room was changed and all we got was a sorry!! 7) Never Again!!!!! better off at Motel 6!!

People were nice and quick to fix things.

Dirty and hair in beds. Bed were very uncomfortable.

Staff was nice and friendly. Used for budget to visit Disneyland. Next to Knotts and under 15 min to Disneyland. Clean sheets, hot shower, decent location. Perfect for value. Based on reading reviews, cost won over comfort. Turned out to better than I expected. Just what you need if you need a quick place to sleep and to shower while out for the entire day.

Check-in took longer than necessary. Need to bring your own towels and toiletries. (But really, not a big deal).

there was stuff on the bathroom ceiling and the tub was rusting by the drain the bed were also kinda hard

Very cheap and quiet. Check in guy was very knowledgeble and informative. Convenient to many restaraunts. Easy drive to Disneyland.

Cleaning staff was terrible. Many simple/affordable things could have been done to make the place much cleaner and more enjoyable. Heated pool would have been nice for Dec.

the customer service was anything but customer service. our hotel key didn't work, and the clerk at the desk blamed us for having it next to our cell phone. it was never near our cell phone.

Great location for Disneyland. The staff were super nice and helpful. Food available right in the parking lot and a gas station was close by.

Carpet was stained but room was clean enough.

Room was in need of repairs: large water stain on ceiling, windows were water stained to the point one could not see out, and bathroom light required bulb replacement. Building was in need of repairs, but the staff kept the place clean.

- price for internet in hotel - door to the bathroom is heavy and difficult to open and close (children younger then 10 years can not do it) - in the beginning of your stay you have to sign the document, that you will not disturb other guests after 10 pm, but nothing happend, if at 11 pm there are noisy guests around the swimming pool...

There's no Wi-Fi in the hotel no blow dryer and the sink was not inside the bahroom. For me it's not the t type of room I want after I had a great time in Disneyland.

Budget-friendly, staff, services, cleanliness,location

I have stayed at The Good Nite Inn several times and my only complaint is that I have had rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors and it tends to get loud early in the morning. Parents and children are by the windows talking loudly, children crying and running w/o Any consideration for other patrons staying there. I really wanted to go to the front office and make a complaint but, my spouse said not to bother we probably wouldn't stay here again. We'll try The Radison, which is close by. I should have complained each time, instead I let it go. Omg the 3rd time I could not hold back any more. Thank you for my stay at your facility. Sincereley, Jacqueline Davis

It was conveniently located near highways

The bathroom door would not shut in the room on 8/19/12. It would have been nice to have some sort of breakfast. The pillows could have been more comfortable.

The room was really run down, stains on the carpet, and smelly. The windows were very dirty, and no way to open them. The air condition was working but also smelly. We booked the hotel because of the good user rating (8 points) on booking.com but it was really far from being good. Till now we made really good experiences with the user rating on booking.com and we always choose our hotels based on a mix of star-rating and user ratings of a hotel. But in case of the "Good Nite Inn Buena Park" and knowing the hotel now by ourselves, the high user rating of the hotel is bizarre and we felt misled.

Great pool for kids and good location - very easy to get to.

Not as clean as it could have been - mold in shower etc. Nothing horrible but not great

Staff very friendly and helpful, we forgot some valuables in our room and I was impressed when I called management and they inmediately told me that they were holding them for us, in fact I only remembered a camera but they informed me we also left a ds and several clothing items, you dont find that kind of honesty very often. I will definetly book with them again! We got our items back via fed-ex right away. Thank you again!

No coin laundry near by. 歩いていけるところにコインランドリーはありません。車で５分ほどが最寄で、しかも混んでます。
