The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. We requested that our rooms be non-smoking but one of them had a strong smoke odor. |

We enjoyed it's location and access to Tram and Freeway. A little noisy from Freeway and sometime the other guests had loud parties late at night. |

Lighting was not convenient. Shower type tends to waste water. |

the hotel was very comfortable i felt like i was at home, the rate was very good, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the location was really nice and close to restaurants, shopping and the trolley station. I didn't like that there was no microwave in the hotel at first but i did like that guest could at least use the microwave in the lobby. so it was ok. |

good clean comfortable rooms. good value for money. good location for beaches particularly during high season. It was quiet even though it is pretty close to the highway. easy access to many restaurants internet was flakey. breakfast was minimal. bring your own shampoo. towels are very thin. Anthony's restaurant next door was a disappointment. El torito, next door the other way, was good particularly for happy hour. |

I had a great visit. The room was well kept. I requested a refrigerator and they brought it right to my room when I checked in. I have stayed at this hotel several times and I have always been happy with it. I was on a budget. This hotel is great for budget travellers. The only thing I would tell people about this hotel is that it can be noisy because of the traffic on the interstate side of the hotel. Also, every time I have stayed at this hotel, there always seems to be some partying guests who can be a bit loud. The inexpensiveness of the hotel draws certain types of people who like to party. |
