The staff at the hotel was very helpful in provided a solution to a critical situation. We very thankful.
Decently priced hotel
Because we checked in so late, the friendly staff member let us have free wifi!! The only hotel in the area that didn't have a minimum three nights policy on the long weekend.
The price was right.
The room was filthy. The carpet had stains. The soor didn't appear to close correctly. The tv was old and small. On the second day, the towels were not replaced and no new tiny bottle of shampoo was replaces. The location: noisy due to the train passing by during the nights.
Way too expensive, no fridge, uncomfortable bed
good personel , good coffee, good cold a/c , maid service very prompt .
Door was hard to lock , door wouldn,t close all the way , elevator needed to be cleaned , ( very dirty)
Large, comfortable room. Cheap. Mostly friendly staff. Nice breakfast room section (but just for meal preparation, no free breakfast.
No free WiFi. Very bad check-in experience: cumbersome process, answered phone three times while I was standing at the window (including two calls before even talking to me), didn't listen when asked to pay cash and then tried everything to talk me out of paying cash. Third floor room, no elevator. No attempt to help me fin where the room was on check-in.
My friend and I shared a room: They gave one towel they never gave us new plastic water cups they gave us one soap they gave us one shampoo They didn't throw trash away from waste baskets
Location was Ok Staff was polite
Surly and unhelpful staff, in the middle of nowhere, wifi didn't work, rooms were run down with virtually no amenities
The rooms smelled like smoke to the point that I had to change rooms twice. Finally, around 10pm I finally got into a room that did not smell however the bed was terrible and later that night, around 2 am when it was finally quiet I found a large are of mold on the celing. I took pictures and reported it the front desk who did not seem to care at all. I only stayed the one night. I sent the pictures to the Health Department and am currently having blood work done to make sure I am ok. I am not planning on paying for this and will be disputing this on my credit card. Take this hotel off your site as what you have advertised if completely false from what is actually there.
Hotel is well situated to the downtown of the city,
We did not like that staff took forever to checks us in. Our room was not well cleaned. We asked for a non-smoking room, however cigarette scent made its way through our room. There was only one shower towel. Bathtub was dirty with a thick black coat of grime and scum. Pillows are worned out with a grey color. We came down for coffee and we were not allowed to get coffee due to a staff meeting.
I didn't like much, except for the staff who was nice and offered quality customer service.
The smell of the room, it smelled of body odor and the overall quality of the room. It was in slight disrepair.
30 min from Monterey
There was no towels, no tissue, no cups. Looks like nobody is taking care of this place. Needs cleaning!
located near highway, good for a one night stop when you're on the way to or from SF.
It was convenient. The beds were comfortable. Roomy rooms.
They close the office and have to stand outside in the cold waiting to get checked in. Having to pay $3.95 WiFi.
The rooms were not clean and smelled from cigarette smoke.
Wifi was not free - 4.00 $ per device for 24h. No breakfast. Old and uncomfortable furniture, dirty, smelly, dark. Can't recommend it.
Staff was helpful. Easy to find. Good price.
Outside of building and walkways were dirty, in need of steam cleaning. Room was bare bones. Not much sound privacy.
It was close to freeway.
I was not familiar with the area and to be honest was a bit scared. It appears to be a bad area. The hotel parking lot had security and a gas station down the street was over run with hoodlums/gang members? And a prostitute! Also the room keys were faulty. Had to swipe and swipe and play around with them until the door decided to open...around 10-15th try. The room didnt feel very clean and there were stains in the carpet. I dont think i will return?
Right off the 101 freeway, convenient for the travelers who want to visit Monterey Peninsula but want less expensive option. City of Monterey and Monterey Bay Aquarium is easy 30 minute drive away at half the price.
No breakfast served, little bit noisy at night.
Close to the road network. Possessed a lift.
Had to pay extra for WiFi.
Easy access from 101. Not right next to 101 noise. big parking lot - great for trucks or trailers. Nice pool. On highway 68 to Monterey and Laguna Seca. Price.
We were on 3rd floor with no elevator. Pool water too cold. No free internet. No free breakfast.
staff was very nice and helpful. A decent place for the money. I'd stay there again.
Close to freeway
Not enough parking
Location, traveling from Nevada through Yosemite to coast.
Booked (3) rooms, all had 'black mold' around bath tub/shower. Room 113 did not take showers because of mold & smell; later discovered from staff while trying to retrieve from room 112 graduation gift of new $100. Chaco shoes (not successful), that they had been attempting to get rid of the mold.
