The pillows were like laying on a brick. The staff at the front desk was beyond rude and very unhelpful. Strangest and most annoying thing was the rooms don't have hair dryers. You have to call the front desk to request one and if one is not available your room simply does not have one. Also when we ran out of toilet paper and when we went to get more from the front desk the guy in front made a big deal and told us they had a shortage!! Toilet paper !?! U can't get toilet paper!?! Maaayyybbbeee u can get a hair dryer for your room... Maybe!! Bad experience.
Cheap, mostly clean, good location
We had to wait for an 1 hour and 15 minutes in a line to check in. At Friday midnight that was quite painful
Far from downtown. It could be a little uncomfortable if you don't have a car.
A lot of places to eat around the area
for the price i t was a allright deal
You still need to clean it up more and to put some more furniture in th room
Mini fridge, great air conditioning, spacious room, and overall clean comfort
No microwave or coffee maker
Location to Hotspot was good. Surroundings of hotel a bit low class. Beds were bouncy and uncomfortable.
Beds and rooms were just tolerable.
Clean and comfortable, nice staff. The hotel felt safe and good. Since we had two cars the free parking was perfect. Close to both Seaworld and San Diego Zoo.
The location is not great if you don't have a car. The hotel did not offer free wifi (4 dollar per 24h I think it was).
Location Stores Close By
I liked that the hotel is walking distance from the train station and Bazaar Del Mundo
I didn't like that the WiFi was only free if you booked on their website. I used Booking.com and was told WiFi was $5 per day per device. Don't believe the sign on the post in the lobby.
Close to the freeway and to get away from good nite inn
Where to begin. They missed up my reservation and gave a room 119 with people inside the room already felt so awkward to walk in on them. Went back to the lobby and told them the problem. They gave another room 129 I Kidd you not. 5mins after leaving the lobby another person walks into my room and says they just gave this room. Smh! I was already late to my business dinner and this time I called front told what happen.. offer to comp my room but still got charged 4days later on my card. Never again at good nite inn you ruin my business trip and booking.com should do a better job to check these establishment before they advertise for them
The supervisor Phillip was very nice but still no handicap room
the room was small, i requested a handicapped room because my husband is wheelchair bound so he needed access to a handicapped bathroom. When I went to check in all that was available was a regular room so I spent 4days carrying him in and out of the bathroom. The shower water flow was terrible. The first person I spoke to on arrival she was very rude to us as well. Also when i booked the room I was told there were cots avaiable there were not and no pool as well as I had to pay extra for internet access
Room smells Is dirty Poor quality towels No blow drier in the room , need to ask for one No breakfast
where it was located and arrangement looked unsafe. Would not have stayed if it weren't so late when I checked in. I was treated like a criminal as I had just renewed my license and has a temporary they did not want to accept.
Close to dining and seaworld, easy to get to beaches.
Plug in bath was broken.tub fills while showering.
Location, price, and comfort. My boys and I just needed a bed for the night after a long day at Seaworld. It was perfect, comfortable, the staff was friendly.
It is close to Sea World.
There's no housekeeping. Had to pick up your own towels. Barely had enough toilet paper for the night. The room had the bare minimum to say the least.
The carpet is a lot go stain
*The location is amazing. Less than 15 minutes from Downtown San Diego and beaches. If you have a car, this is the best option. *The neighborhood was quiet, with some restaurants around it. *The room was clean and comfortable. *The guy from the front desk, who was attending during the afternoon, was really nice and helpful.
*The room was really dark. *There wasn't free wi-fi. *The man who attended the front desk during the night was really rude and not helpful.
