We were in SF. for a city tour. we mainly spent out time in places such as pier 39, golden gate park and bridge, and union square. the hotels around these districts often do not provide free parking and as i see they are some more expensive. Thus, if you don't mind 16-17 miles drive to your attracton sites hotels around airport can be chosen to stay. they generally have complimentary breakfast, free parking and some lower rates. |

Nice gardens. Airport shuttle. Check-in poorly handled (not told about breakfast). The attached restaurant is appalling with appalling (lack of) service. Internet has to be paid for - and when I had a problem with it the staff were not very helpful. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. |

Room was clean. Check-in/Check-Out was efficient. Comp Breakfast was sufficient. Good option for an inexpensive airport layover or an inexpensive edge-of-town-hotel with a convenient shuttle to the sfo Airport bart. Contract Hotel/Airport shuttle bus is supposed to run every 20-minutes, but missed an evening run (Sat night) around 9:40. |

The room was okay and clean. I did not like the internet connection, of course another compagny is working with that, but it was unacceptable that I paid for it and it did not work well. Breakfast could be better too. I stayed in a room next to construction work, lots of noises early in the morning, after complaining, I got another room. SOME of the staff can be friendlier too. Non disclosure of taxes till payment needed to be made. |

the restaraunt was the only thing that we enjoyed. there were a lot of things we did not like about the hotel, first the staff was very rude and not helpful at all, second the rooms bathroom seemed to be out of service, the toilet was not working and the tub would not drain the water, third we called at least three times to ask for a couple of extra towels and no one ever came to bring them, when we saw a house keeper she said no one had done the laundry. overall i would not stay there again. |

location was near the airport. the hairdryer in room #114 was broken and hardly functioning. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. Also when we arrived we were given a room with only 1 bed when I ordered a two double bed room online. The hotel staff said there were no other rooms available. We have two children so this was an obvious inconvenience. I would be unlikely to stay here again given that you are not guaranteed the room that you reserve. |

Beijing Buffet beside the Citi Garden Hotel served good food at reasonable price I was not reserved a non-smoking room despite early reservation made with Booking.com. Linens are quite old & dirty. Citi Garden Hotel is more like a motel than a hotel that is suitable for a short stay. |

Excellent Breakfast. Garden courtyard Some rooms under renovation ,noisy durng the day. I requested a room change Bring your ear plugs, aircraft taking off all night.Shuttle is outsourced, they will not answer the airport arrival phone. Use Holiday Inn Shuttle! Esta cerca del aeropuerto y ademas, el servicio de shuttle a dicho aeropuerto es gratuito. Las habitaciones son amplias. El desayuno que sirven es escaso y malo. Está lejos del centro de SF. |
