One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.

Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Very simple but with good amenities, and very clean. Easy to get around city from the hotel, very close to bart, good cafes, etc. walked everywhere from here, even at night, solo. |

only location. 1.Room was not clean. There were some hairs in the bathtub, which was disgusting. 2.Towels were not supplied one day, so I called the front desk. He said that he would bring them to our room, but he never showed up. 3.Although the check-in time was 3:00pm, we had to wait for 30 min until the room was ready. 4. Most staff was not efficient and professional. Especially the mexican girl working in the reception was rude. She didn't seem to know the words "Thank you" and "Sorry". |

Convenient to my office and liked the eco-design Hotel isn't in a good location overall & had a motel feel to it, no matter now much they spruced it up. |

The room appears very nice and spacious on the website but it is actually quite small. The pillow is a killer, i have very bad neckache the next day. The surrounding area of the hotel is filled with drug peddlers and beggars. Very filthy streets around as well, definitely not recommeded for young and single travellers. |

we liked the "green" aspect of the hotel and the cleanliness. Although it was not in a great area of town, it was close to public transit which allowed us to park our vehicle and not drive for the duration of our visit. |

The price and walking distance to the heart of San Fran. No bed-bugs. The mattress was incased with an air-tight mattress cover which likely was added to address past problems, so if you have noticed past reviews complaining about them, I believe they have solved the problem. Despite its central location, it is not in a nice part of San Fran, to say the least. The thermistat for the AC unit in my room did not work and they could neither fix it, nor switch our room. Instead, they removed the cover for me and showed me how I could turn it on and off manually. Better than nothing, I guess. The unit itself was covered with dust and grime. I chose the hotel because it was inexpensive, but I was disapointed to find it was also cheap (c'est la vie). |

We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. There were all these thoughtful things in the room, which made our stay very nice and then at the end of a long day, when you shut the lights, there is this very sweet Goodnight on the ceiling, so you fall asleep with a smile around your mouth. Not at all, I' m inclined to find hotels of this chain in other cities! |
