- Very clean - Nice and functional design - Close to all the main destinations - Adequate staff
- Strict booking conditions
Free wifi but very hard to connect to. Coffee maker in the room.
Tiny shower Limited amenities
The bed is nice and firm. Wifi is working fine. Kind and helpful staff. As good, simple straightforward hotel. Public transport is very close by.
The hotel is located in SOMA which is not the best area of town. The bathroom was rather small in my room.
Hard working and helpful desk staff
WiFi was patchy - most of the time it failed to connect. Lots of street noise at night if room windows access street. Also drilling and work noise from refurbishment work.
street noise ++++
Good Hotel a surprising little gem to stay at. The room was perfect size and super clean :)
Poor hotel !! No air conditioner!! Window can't open!! A ceiling fan turn off every 15 min. Shower will take 3 times longer because water savety!!
Usually hotel WiFi are quite slow but Good Hotel's one was completely unusable. The courtyard rooms have a lot of noise, being it from the construction or homeless people wandering around 7th, so you might not like that if you're a light sleeper.
location is practically. near un plaza but near tenderloin too. central location for touristic trips around... WLAN perfect room-cleaning personal is great.
free bike is more a promotion gag. 3 or 4 bikes ? its not realistic to get one, they told us it starts 8.00 in the morning, but the bikes are away at 7.45 - people are waiting for it! forget the bike! its lottery to get one.
For its location, we had very little street noise. Room was small but cozy and very clean.
Unfortunately, the walls are also very thin, so loud jackholes in the hallway can make for a very poor night's sleep.
Helpful staff, the housekeeping where amazing. Room had really cool details, bike rentals & photo booth in lobby. We stayed here after we got hitched at City Hall, very close to the city district.
The hotel is in a nice location for the downtown area and convenient to BART. Easy walk to Union Square.
I did not like the fact that I booked way in advance and checked in late because of cancelled flight and they put me in a room in the travel lodge of their hotel. I wasn't even in the hotel itself. It was a dumpy room nothing like the advertising suggested.
Location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance. The 2 women that were in the reception at night on June 10th were AWESOME
The first idiot who recieved me said my card wasn't valid and he had me pay first night in cash. When I got back at night, 2 staff women were there and accepted the card. Please PLEASE kick the big guy in black for me. Another thing. Improve your Internet connection, It IS really REALLY bad.
Room was simple and clean.
Location was near market street but at night there are lots of homeless around.
I liked the environmental philosophy of the hotel. The staff and facilites were excellent. Make sure u ask to see if the room u r reserving has air conditioning. Several rooms in the hotel do not.
If u are in a room without A/C it should be a different rate than the rooms that have it.
Nice room on top floor with great views
Great value, well kept budget hotel. Nice spacious rooms. Hip, friendly, casual atmosphere.
Could not work out how to control the temperature in the room, we were too hot and wanted to turn off the heat
Very helpful staff
Wifi didn't work everywhere
The hotel was close to just about everything. The rooms were nice and clean. They offered bicycles to guests to travel around for the day.
The fee for parking per night and the fee for having a small dog per night.
Friendly staff, modern and clean room
Neighborhood was rough with many homeless people. The room did neither have a refrigerator nor an a/c.
I liked their "ECO" philosophy. The fact they have furniture and stuff made by recycled materials. The free parking options for hybrids and the bikes for the visitors. They are clean. And the best...., the little sink on top of the toilet and the mechanism they have to use the water you wash your hands with to fill the tank to flush the toilet...really smart and thoughtful! loved it!
Inexpensive, stylish, convenient, friendly
