Hotel is more of a motel. Decent quality and free wifi!
Parking is terrible.
Cost and cleanliness. And slightly nerdy porlandia vibe.
A little stark but covered most needs
Very thin walls and floors so u here all ur neighbours , having fun, screaming , snorting.....
Location in not far of city center. I can not find notingh cheaper.
Low quality, small rooms, small bed, no parking. Really expensive
Service was friendly. room was clean and big enough for 2 people. Linens clean.
Beds were hard. room service came too early (7:30am).
Clean, good parking good location nice staff
I liked the bikes and the photobooth. Staff was ok.
The location. 7th is one of the noisiest streets in SF. Cars, trucks, shouting panhandlers had me up 4 nighte in a row. The price: for the money we pais, we expected the four seasons, but got a motel 6
Hotel is a short (15 minute), flat walk to Moscone. Area is not too bad for San Fran. The room was extremely clean, comfortable and quiet.
Nothing really, I found the Good Hotel to be "great".
I was attending Dreamforce and the location was within a good walking distance to the Moscone Center. I wouldn't say it was the best neighborhood, but I didn't feel unsafe. The staff were very nice and helpful. My room had everything I needed.
My room had a funky smell and it was quite warm even with the windows open. I tried to turn on the fan but it only had one speed and I thought it was going to pull the ceiling down it was so fast. Not the most luxurious room I have stayed in for $450 a night, but when the city is sold out the rates are going to be high.
There was a bed and it was reasonably clean.
This is a very very basic hotel. There is no zircon, no food, no bar, no facilities apart from rooms and a (small) reception desk. The walls are very thin so you can easily hear what is going on in the room next door.
- the style - cleanliness - politeness of the staff
- the breakfast room isn't really a room but a hallway - the rooms are tiny
Quite close to Union Square and Moscone Center
Room pictures look young, fresh and friendly on the web...my first room at parking level was of miserable quality (used carpet, old paint on walls,..). Second room still above the parking a bit better...
It is a pretty standard room, clean and comfortable. The staff was also very helpful and friendly.
The Good Hotel is situated in the area that is a little dodgy. The 5th and 7th street do not seem safe place after 6 PM. It was a bit of a shock to the system - a lot of the homeless and gangs of people hang out on the street. Noting happened on our walk but it would make you a little nervous.
Excellent staff,especially Orlando.
small room. tiny pillows.
The staff that received us was the only good thing of the not so good hotel.
Eco-Friendly Friendly Staff Clean Room
No water pressure (at least in our room) Tiny bathroom
Wifi, Location, Parking, Bed,Airconditioning and Parking... Everything was okay!
Staff were friendly and helpful
The first room we were given stank very bad of urine . very old tired hotel
"Green Rooms" were not available, was old motel, lobby was run down, not what was advertised online, overpriced for SF
Almost nothing. The recycling and ecological theme of the hotel was nice, but not really implemented in practice.
- WIFI wasn't working and the hotel staff couldn't solve it and made me call their internet provider customer support at 1 am instead of doing it themselves. - Night clerk disturbed sleep calling late at night by mistake. - Very small room. - Very small place for breakfast. - Parking unbelievably expensive and almost mandatory, since you can't park elsewhere.
- Fantastic location for someone planning to walk around SF. - Possibility to borrow a bike. - Water-saving toilet with a little wash basin on top of it. - Helpful staff.
- Mattress needed changing. - Homeless people and junkies around - didn't always feel very safe walking around there alone. (They are everywhere in downtown SF, though, not just this particular area.)
Confort of bedroom Wifi
No breakfast included

Nothing bad really
Location Customer service (Excellent staff) Affordable price
Rooms have a funny smell Beds are not comfortable Shower is very small while bathroom us huge. There is no place to hang towels. It us a green hotel but provide disposable cups. There is no mirror in the room, only the one in the bathroom which is a challenge if you are traveling in group.
Rooms look nice
Over priced. Our room smelled a bit and walls were paper thin. Garages directly under the room so you wake up Everytime someone comes home or leaves.
