Good Hotel  

It was decent

The room smelled a lot. The walls where too paper thin and the hotel charges you the initial deposit and will not return it until 5 business days. The location was scary at night and seem almost dangerous. I stay there alone and for a single woman it's not recommended to stay at this location. It may have been economical but it's not worth it. I only stayed for the one night but I was not happy. Hardly slept due to the paper thin walls.

I liked the decor and it was centrally located. The facilities in the room were mostly good and clean, the staff were helpful when asked questions.

The area is quite rough, the decor was nice but a bit scruffy. Although the staf were helpful when we asked for help they weren't very friendly and didn't offer help till we asked for it. The double bed in the room was quiet small and soft.

The price other than that it was one of the worst hotels I've ever been to.

Walked into the room and the sink bursted with water had to fix it myself and when I booked a room for me and my girlfriend and specifically told them one queen sized bed they still gave me 2 singles and didn't have any other rooms available so we had to make due and put the mattresses on the floor.

Lobby staff not very helpful. Couldn't fix the window Which I couldn't open. Quite noisy even i asked a quite room.

Close to shopping facilities!

It was a reasonable price compared to others and although the neighbourhood was a bit rough was convenient for visiting all areas of the city.

Neighbourhood was a bit rough - people sleeping rough and begging. Noise from neighbours due to thin walls and ceilings and slamming doors - more motel than hotel

Front desk was awesome, very professional and quick service. Room was spacious and the Green theme was very cool. Also there is a photo booth machine in the lobby, which was a fun touch.

The towels could be softer.

A rather charming hotel. I loved the photobooth in the lobby and the bikes for use. Hotel staff super friendly and helpful. Free coffee and tea in the morning. Easy to navigate to and around from. Will stay there again.

A room was available and it was close to the Convention Center. The staff tries to please, but the problems are with the facilities and location. The hotel was priced right for what it supplied.

The hotel is in a very tired building,my first room had a broken wall heater that leaked water into the room. My 2nd room, was clean, but worn. Carpet clean but stained, sink basin cracked, bath window needed recaulking. Furniture was simple plastic, metal and wood (Ikea type) flimsy. Outside on landing, the indoor outdoor carpet had moss growing in it. The area had a lot of street people moving about. I passed 1 or 2 people sleeping on the street each morning on my walk to the convention center. Each day, I passed at least one street person, disoriented talking incoherently out loud to no one in particular. There were very few dining options within walking distance. I don't count a Subway Sandwich place as a dining option. If I plan better, I won't stay there again. Kevin Sullivan Montclair, NJ

Quiet

The staffs are friendly. The room is clean. Location is good. 3 blocks to where all the happenings happens.

Is kind of noisy both in the night and early morning. There are people talking just outside our windows. There is also a few flies in the room.

Only the name is Good. Nothing other is good except some receptionist who are really helpful. The housekeeping is good in the sense that they tried to make the room beautiful with the limited options. Else everything is horrible.

Well, it will be very long story. The first horrible thing that I noticed is that they will withheld 75 usd per night + room rent from your account. For 10 days stay, it will be 750 usd, that they will take without informing you. They are supposed to release the money during checkout and it is upto the bank when they will receive the refunded amount. Good hotel turn to be a bad hotel at 1st Instance. The toilet. 9Th wonder of the universe. Hats off to the person who invented it. They call it eco friendly and this design saves water. You have to flash 4-5 times to clear all the things. The internet. They call it high speed wifi. Frankly speaking, it is slower than the internet in rural India/South Africa. No signal was available at most of the day time. When I asked in the reception, they simply connect to the technical dept. The hotel room ,what they are posting in booking.com and the room what they are offering is completely different. If you have other option, plz dont stay in this hotel. You will get mentally and physically sick.

I like the Green trend and the price and location.
