Washing hands in soon-to-be toilet water!

While it was hilarious, there was a couple having ferocious sex in a room near us. Walls are a bit thin. Get some crazy homeless people at the bottom of the road but they appear harmless.

The staff were very very rude!!!!!

I had an interior "Quiet" room as I was here on a business trip and needed a good nights sleep. I LOVE the free bikes, toilet sinks, "Eco" products .

A restaurant/bar downstairs would be a bonus. The burger place across the road..0 atmosphere.. I ate elsewhere. I am a quiet person and as such I close doors gently behind me, I found people arriving late just letting the doors slam...It wakes you up then it's hard to get back to sleep. One last thing..(I'm trying to be helpful) The bug screen outside my window #410 bangs in the wind. Thanks though, I loved my stay and have recommended your hotel to my business colleagues for them to recommend to future clients. (They currently recommend "The Mossley" I didn't stay there due to people saying it was noisy. I did like their bar though!! Best of luck for the future, Regards, Scott Barnard.

Got a Buffer room, no Problems, very friendly staff

Rented Bikes from the Hotel, at One Bike the Pedal was Borken, Fell Off every 10 meters

Convenient location to exhibition hall on Brannon. Free parking for hybrids

Bed was small & hard. No comfortable chair to sit & read.

Really hot in rooms. Couldn't open the window due to street noise. Uncomfortable chair Horrible internet service Expensive parking Small pillows Decorator pillow not good. Dirty. Disinfectant smell in halls

Poor internet access. I bring a party of around 10 people to the Good Hotel every year to attend a conference (Photonics West). The poor internet access in some of the rooms is a significant problem and one that we encounter every year. If this is not rectified we will choose a different hotel next year.

although location is good if you go a block one way it is a really rough neighborhood

the price and the general manager are great decor is ikea type and linens are always spotless best rooms are superior queen in the court yard

most of the day and night staff only do there job no personality rooms in main building are small and you have to have key to even get in elevator checkin process is a bit of excessive paperwork

- big comfortable beds. - an eco touch - there was bikes available although I didn't take advantage of them - budget price - with walking distance to Union Square shopping. i had good memories of the walks - i would stay there again given the same budget

- room was small. with two beds there was no extra space. - the hotel might be one or two blocks too far from the city. i had to pass some homeless people. but to be fair I walked at night with friends and never encountered any problem.

Great location at a great price, clean and comfortable.

Wasn't able to order movies on my tv.

closeness to public transport...love the European feel/look of the room..and the enviromental friendly aspect of the room...great staff also...very helpful...extended check out time for New Year's Day...amazing !

The guy in the reception that stays during night was bad mannered

Reasonable value.

Not the best loication. Heating was on constantly which made the room extremely hot. Aedvised the front desk of this but they were unable to fix this.

Too small. No air conditioner. Loud outside. Dirty tub.

I liked the furniture.

Me and my husbamd had to go through a lot of trouble to get a queen bed in the room, they had us in a twin bed and we were in our honeymoon which was ridiculous. It took us about an hour ( after we had been waiting for 6 hours to check in ) to get moved to another room, which was in the motel area.

The hotel has great staff, friendly, cheerful and helpful. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Some hotels in San Francisco have tiny rooms! The location is great and is within walking distance to lots of things (i.e. SFMOMA). Also it is well communicated, near the F line (Street Car) that brings over from Castro to Fishermen´s Wharf. Powell St Cable car is within walking distance. The BART line is only two blocks away, so handy when coming or going to the airport. Good hotel for business or city breaks. It was good value for money.

Not really everything was ok.

Near the Mascone Convention Center and Market Street. Room was spotless. Flat screen TV. Plenty of hot water. Friendly staff. We had an "inside" room, so it was nice and quiet.

San Francisco has a depressing number of homeless and transient people. They flood the Market Street area. The Good Hotel is in this zone. The whole area can be noisy, so ask for an inside room.

Easy to deal with accommodation and good value. Not a bad part of SoMa either.

More info and advice available about hotwl facilities (especially the amazing coffee in the morning) and getting around the city would be nice.

terrible service, small bed, no breadfast, costful price regarding to this level of service. I won't pick this hotel anymore.

All of the staff were friendly. It ended up being central to the areas of San Fran I was interested in visiting. A very short walk to the shopping district. The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
