First impression we were simply stunned by actual location. The staff were very friendly and helpful and, even though there is not a lot on in the evening, it was a delightful stay and the restaurant was good after an exciting drive
Rayshawn needs to learn customer service. He would do anything to avoid doing his job. This was my second stay, but probably my last now after this experience.
Friendly staff, front desk open til late (we were running late), comfy room, great view of Monument Valley. Very happy with our stay.
Laundry facilities in town were terrible. Expensive and dryer took 5 attempts to dry a normal load of washing. Massive rip off. Wasted time and getting back hardly clean, damp washing was the only let down of the stay.
We'll working WiFi
No tea making facilities only for coffe
The view was good from the terrace.
The reseraunts was fair.
Lovely views, nearby tours, gas station, shop and launderette. No breakfast included, but the restaurant was very good value, and good food. Evening meals enormous. Good pool and museum.
Reception looks a little tired. Rooms a bit musty, but the view makes up for this.
Lovely room with a balcony with views of Monument Valley. Friendly staff. Great little museum on site plus a cinema showing films filmed around Monument Valley.
Just an amazing place, really recommend. Incredible views from the balcony (make sure you get a room with the view), looks like a new hotel, everything is in very good condition. Large room, very comfortable bed, big TV, desk, sofa. Very clean room
Heating is a little noisy
Dream package .sunrise on balcony very special
Very efficient check in, well appointed room with better fixtures and fittings than most motels and a view to die for.
Probably chose badly (fry bread with chilli) but didn't enjoy.
The view with the sunrise. Room confortable. They have a heat pool! Close to everything (but not so much facilities in MV).
No microwave, very bad wifi connection.
Good salad bar Excellent views
the location is amazing, and the restaurant is pretty good.
breakfast is not included, and the rooms are very small...
Staff on Reception friendly and helpful. Our full day tour to Mystery & Monument Valley great value. Larry our guide was a friendly and fund man with great knowledge of the area.
No comment for this as all excellent
Bed was very comfortable, Great View from balcony
No complaints or suggestions
The changing light on the monuments
The same movie was shown at 6:10 and 7:10 and no one was there to begin the John Wayne movie so a guest started it.
The room was super nice, clean and the bed was extra comfortable! The view was majestic and the staff very friendly. thanks!
We really appreciate this lodge. Enjoy John Wayne remembers and the history of the owner of the lodge.
Accommodations were great! View was very nice. Overall - a great place to stay with plenty to keep your time occupied. Excellent food
Nothing not to like!
The lodge is set against a towering mesa and overlooking the valley, our room had a gorgeous view that evolved with the light and weather. The bed in the King suite is wonderfully comfortable. It was too cold for us to use the balcony, but it would have been lovely in warmer months.
The WiFi was patchy and our plumbing seemed sluggish, our toilet clogging early on.
This is a comfortable modern hotel which maintains the style of the area. Apart from the natural monument there's nothing around but everything you need from food to fuel is here. Wonderful 'museum'
Can't think of anything
Location, Price ....the views were beautiful
We were in one of the separate cabins and could hear a mouse chewing wood. Mouse droppings in some of the drawers too. Not that it spoilt our trip ...just an observation!!
Location is amazing
We had some issues with our reservations and it took us too many emails to solve it. Finally it was, but we had the doubt about it till the very last minute. Goulding's tour to Monument Valley is not worth it (at least the one we chose). It's possible and acceptable to make it on your own, only paying the Navajo Tribal Park admission fee. Roads are not paved but they're not so rough (we even saw a BMW Z4 touring the Monument Valley!!!)
Great view, very clean. HBO and a pool were great. Free John Wayne movie every night!
good facilities. Comfortable accommodation.
