Hotel Amarano Burbank    

All the staff were lovely, including Juan in housekeeping. The location is great. relatively quiet streets, across the street from a Starbucks, a grocery store and a breakfast place. Not that leaving the hotel for breakfast was necessary. The hotel's breakfast was excellent. As good as the popular restaurant BeaBea's across the street. Dinner from room service was as good as it would have from many a fine San Francisco restaurant. We brought our own crystal champagne glasses and accidentally put them out with the tray. They were returned clean later that day.

Very little. The carpet in our junior suite was a little tired looking but otherwise the hotel was near perfect.

I loved everything, the room, the private terrace. Beautiful!

Very comfortable bed. Coffee brewer in room. Excellent location for our needs. Managment was responsive and deducted cost of valet to compensate for problem with room booking. Very prompt room service and decent food. Parts of the hotel are quieter if you request (away from the pool and street). Have been there 6 times and generally like this property and will return.

Valet is expensive but you can street park. Didn't have the room (double) that was booked upon our arrival. Busy weekend in town was sited reason, with limited room options. Managment tried and "Upgraded" to a junior King suite though shared bed with kids, didnt have a fold out couch as was billed. Bathroom with average shower and limited shower pressure, but I blame that on ca water flow restrictions probably. Bath debris/dirt in soap holders, shower could have been cleaner. Noise echoed from hallway where there was marble flooring and large gap (+2 inchs) beneath our door, so we heard everyone walking outside the room pulling their suitcases, etc. Most of the hotel is carpeted in the halls so this generally hasn't been an issue.

The beds were wonderful. The suite was comfortable and nicely appointed

Double room has double beds, they need queen beds. Need to closely review reservations and make sure any problems are addressed prior to arrival. We had asked for a roll-away in our double room and were denied due it being a fire safety concern. We feel this should have been addressed prior to our arrival.

The location of the hotel was very good and staff were very helpful.

Cost was on the high side and the parking charge was ludicruous. I travel quite a bit but have never been asked to pay $32 for an overnight parking spot!!

Friendly staff. Only came across one person not so friendly. Valet staff was very helpful with directions, luggage, retrieving vehicle. Not happy that we had no option for valet or not, but overall we had a very pleasant experience! Will definately recommend!

Room was clean and well equippped.

Confusion upon arrival. When I pulled up in my rental car (a Toyota) I was told by the valet and later on again by the check-in desk clerk that somebody had already "delivered" my rental car, supposedly a Benz. Despite me saying that that must be a mistake it took about 20 minutes to sort out. It's very difficult to comprehend how somebody else's car could have been booked in by the valet and the front desk under my name, but I guess if I had been a bit less honest I could have driven off in a Benz... The room facingf the front seems to overlook an outside bar area. arrived late (after 11PM) and there was a fair bit of noise coming through my open window for the next hour or so.

We stayed there November 3, 2012 for just one night. The front desk and Valet staff were SO helpful and made us feel like royalty, no matter what we needed or asked! We did not have a TV remote in our room and got one within minutes after we told them. After we checked out on Sunday, they stored our luggage for us and shuttled us to and from Warner-Brothers Studios for our tour even though we were no longer paying guests at the hotel. The restaurant was FANTASTIC and our waitress was AMAZING! The bartender was a great talker and put up with us all the way through the football game on Sunday, which was well past the check out time They got us a taxi when we needed one to go to our next hotel. ALL of this for one night! For the price, they FAR surpassed any experiences I've had in 5 star hotels in New York and Chicago. It would have been an honor if we had been able to stay longer! The place was so great that we just didn't want to leave. I really wish we could have stayed more than one night.

Smokers do not have a place to smoke on the property, but it was a 30 second walk to a place where I could smoke. Definitely NOT a reason for booking elsewhere!

A chic little gem in Burbank. Excellent choice for business in Burbank at the studios or equestrian center. Convenient boutique option for tourists visiting Universal Studios and Hollywood. Excellently quiet rooms with incredibly comfortable sheets on the cloud-like bed. Impeccable service at front desk and from Harvey the Bartender at the Library Lounge.

While nice, the rooms feel a bit dated and tired. Finishes are worn in spots (carpets, upholstery) and the decor could use an update. It does not detract from the experience; just tiny cons in a sea of pros.

Customer Service was excellent.

Water pressure in shower head in room 304 was horrible. Could not get the shampoo out of my hair without getting down on hands and knees and putting head under tub spout??? Not the elegance I was expecting.... Brought this to the attention of the front desk, with no resolve, discount or solution offered. A few bucks off the very high price would have been nice, and certainly brought us back again....

Непонятные транзакции по карте, которые таки не нашли объяснения, речь не о депозите и нет минибаре. Сняли по 30-40$ в день помимо всех платежей,вообще не понятно за что и уже после отъезда.

Había sistema de valet parkig obligatorio, cada vez que salíamos o llegábamos al hotel debíamos recurrir al valet.

友人宅が近くにあったので選びました。特筆することはありませんがベッドが大きいこととバスルームがそこそ- こ広かったです。

駐車場が有料。ハウスキーピングがさぼりぎみで掃除がゆきとどいていない点(トイレが詰まってたのに掃除の- 時直して置いてくれないなど)

Smaller boutique like. Very comfortable made you feel like you were in a very nice home. Loved the Library Lounge/bar

No off site parking. $32.00 was to high to pay for parking.
