A lot of money for very little. For over two hundred dollars, which was a discounted rate, I expected to at the very least get free wifi and parking. However,I did get a outstanding view of the dumpsters from the balcony which was almost 8 inches wide.

The small space and the lack of a hair dryer; even in motels we have been given these. The decor was poor and it was more hostel than hotel, not what I'd expect for what we paid!

Stuff was very friendly

Room was always dirty! I hate when housekeeping can disturb you 8 in the morning without any reason

The walls are paper thin. Every night was woken by other guests. One night a party, with people running around hallways for two hours despite management being made aware by myself and many other guest.

Staff was extremely nice, Carlos and Frankie took good care of us.

The hotel is very dated and the reality is nothing like pictures presented on websites. Hotel is having one hotel car, which is unavailable most of time. Not even mentioning the weird dirty plastic wrapped around bed base.

Design of hotel means some rooms are built into hillside and lack natural sunlight. Therefore you're limited to artificial light only. No free wifi No on-site restaurant and/or bar

Everything was great and the staff were fantastic. It's pretty noisy though, the walls seem very thin because you can eat everyone talking an partying aaalllll night. Also our room smelt like cigarette smoke all the time which was kind of gross, we had to leave the bathroom exhaust fan on because I think this is were it was coming through. I would definitely stay here again though its in a great location. 35 a day for valet parking is a little steep too I think.

The best answer to #3 was run down, dirty, and expensive It was close to what we wanted to do.

It was much dirtier and run down for the price we paid. The carpets were so stained in the room that it made it seem like everything else was dirty. The pillows were not the nice quality pillows that I would expect for the price that we paid. I didn't like to have to use valet parking everytime I wanted to use the car

Too bad they closed their restaurant. It used to be nice.

It was close proximity to West Hollywood and the main epicenter. And not a bad drive from the freeways.

Noise. Do not stay IN the 2nd floor.

We loved the pool set up and the gym was good considering the hotel's size. Would definitely go back there again.

The air conditioning unit was a bit loud to have on all the way through the night.

Great location, walking distance to several good restaurants and great view of the city. Room very comfortable. The staff is very helpful.
