location near M street and many restaurants and cafes, bulgari"" soap and shampoo (wow),
over price hotel, no air-conditions in rooms, cabinet door not closing properly, no bottled water, no fan to give during my stay !
I love boutique hotels and I fell in love with this hotel, its very intimate and comfortable, the rooms are very stylish, comfortable and stylish. The lobby is super cutie. I love the fact they have free wifi everywhere, and most importantly the staff is great.
The shower water pressure was a bit low. Staying in the lower levels could be noisy because of the cars and trucks passing by.
Great location. Near shops and restaurants but quiet. Comfy. Lovely staff.
the location of the hotel is located on the city centre. . Every thing was amazing.
Great position, lovely small hotel
Dinner in the restaurant not very nice
Large room. Very comfortable bed. Easy to walk to bars and shops.
Didn't have our booking (may have been Booking.com's fault). Breakfast over-priced and not great.
Big room and comfy bed. Great bathroom with Bvalgari products. Superb location, and lovely hotel. Great bar on the roof too, fairly lively.
For a suite/one bedroom - living room a bit on the small side.
everything i loved it it was so comfy and everything is near the M street and coffee shops also bakery's and pharmacy is near you the white house is not that far but not for a walk distance
the bathroom door it was sliding door and also it was so cold in the room
Nice and comfortable hotel, Excellent location, Very attentive and friendly staff
Roof terrace, friendly and service minded staff. Excellent location on the corner of M street
The hotel didn;t have any information about my booking through bookings.com. Fortunately they had space.
Staff was outstanding! Great customer service from the time I got out of the cab on arrival to departure. The bartender on the roof bar was an absolute swetheart who went the extra mile to make us feel at home.
Had a problem with the room I booked, I had asked for a bathtub when I made my reservation. It was fixed right away. Same room, same rate. Excellent save by a really great staff.
Great hotel, gentle staff, wonderful bed! Great location if you want to stay in Georgetown.
The room and personnel are great.
Magnificent hotel and fantastic location. Highly recommend
Nothing, first rate
I was upgraded on arrival to a suite and a late check out the day I left. I had a very bad fall on my second day in Washington and the staff were excellent, helped me get cleaned up, find a clinic, and sent me fruit and a card to wish me a speedy recovery. I had room service a couple of nights and the food was amazing. The rooftop bar is lovely , very relaxing and staff very friendly. Everyone made me feel very well looked after which was so appreciated as I felt vulnerable having a serious accident in a strange city. Thank you to all the staff and I would definitely return to both Washington and the Graham.
Decor, cleanliness, front desk helpfulness and doorman charm..
Rooftop drink nasty - how can you get a vodka tonic so badly wrong after two attempts and still charge $18 for it? Parking ridiculously expensive ($48).
Overpriced, really terrible food in the restaurant
Loved the Roof Top Bar!!!
The bellman should provide instruction about the A/C unit
staff were polite and helpful
The bar on the roof top meant that there were alot of drunks clogging up th elobby and elevators, and some were angry and cursing...hence not very comfortable. The door staff to handle the roof bar was busy chatting up chicks and not attentive to hotel guests wishing to enter hotel
Comfortable hotel with an excellent location. Few steps from the main m street at Georgetown. All kind of shops and cafes around. 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station Foggy Bottom. A metro trip to the Mall of Washington takes 5-7 minutes wherever You need to exit Federal Triangle, Smithonian or etc. Good and tasty breakfast with a usual hotel cost up to 28 usd. If You are a money-savior - just get off to m street for the more economic options with a good taste as well. Roof bar is a sort of a fashion place unless it is hot. Always a lot of people up. If You are looking for a romantic table it is obviously not there.
