Older Motel, well maintained, good sized rooms, OK bed, good location with many restaurants within walking distance, friendly staff, OK WiFi. Hotel prices in silicon valley are insane, so this one, while not exactly cheap, is at a little over a hundred/night, not bad.
Minimal breakfast-no cereal or milk--only toast, rolls & donuts.
This is a family run business. There is someone at the front desk at all hours to help.Pay for room at check in .FreeWifi ,breakfast, extra towels. Able to cook in room, micro, fridge. Hot water in the moning. Parking free too.
Bed spreads needed to be laundered, and carpet cleaned. Motel is older but needs to smell fresh all the time.
Service was good
Can be better in all aspects
Staff were courteous, friendly and helpful
Kitchenette is convenient.
We had the most wonderful experience. Harry and his staff were more than helpful and happy to accommodate all our needs. We will be sure to stay with them again when we are able to go back to the Bay Area. Please convey our thanks and good wishes to all at the Granada Inn.
The style of the hotel and room, the nice tv, the double padded office chairs at the corner L-desk in the room, the mini kitchenette...all these things were great, useful and convenient.
Continental breakfast and the not-great parking were my only slight issues.
employees are polite. close to the mall or restaurants.
Liked the location
Bad Paint smell in the hotel. Not worth paying so much for a small room with tiny kitchenette. Breakfast is also not that great, everyday varieties.
The room is plenty of space.
Everything looks very old. It looks like 40 year old apartment without remodel.
The place was old and dirty. There was no DVD player in the room as they described.
The room was not made.
The location is convenient with friendly staffs and they just replaced their carpets and some new windows.
We were given a room with broken window and screens and the staff was "not generous" or was't aware to offer a more appropriate room for their customers.
The price sold the place also I liked having a refrigerator and stove
Staff the room service was not good and was very out dated drug dealers everywhere didn't like
Quiet rooms. No smell of cigarettes. New carpet. Bed was fine. Staff very pleasent.
Bathroom needs work. Faucet constantly ran. Shower needs caulking. Floor was dingy and dated. Had fridge but silverfish used it more then I did.
Price is good as is the location. Facilities in the room are OK. They seem to be upgrading from the previous time I stayed here a year or so ago
Breakfast is very minimal.
Is very nice place i need to back one day
continental breakfast, upgrade for nominal fee
ice machine broken
the kitchenette was nice but I didn't stay long enough to use it. very comfortable and quiet.
The morning staff, what house keeping, and the location.
The evening staff, he called me yelling aboit a guest. He didn't ask me about the situation. He just assume the worst started yelling.
Good location, cheaper, had a kitchenette which is very helpful when u r at a new country
Breakfast can have some more options
(1) very good price - was one of the best in that region (2) very good location - on the main El Camino Road of Santa Clara (3) friendly staff (4) good condition of rooms (5) free WiFi (6) high walkability - within 5 min by walk there is very good supermarket, car rentals, a lot of good restaurants and buffets, bank, furniture shops
(1) very poor breakfast, sometimes the drinks were not good
Close to where I needed to be. Decent price.
Carpet had holes in it. Cooking area was disgusting looking. Probably painted the day before I used the room and the new paint odor was a little overwhelming. By the way they painted everything. No covers on the bare light bulbs. Not enough TV Channels. Wi Fi was a weak connection. The interior ventilation was a stand up fan at the end of the hall pointing down the hallway. The breakfast was a terrible tasting doughnut and terrible coffee. It was a weak effort. Bed Spread had holes in it. The place just looks run down. A paint job is not a renovation. The shower stall tile is from the 80's. Everything I said is true. See room 110 for confirmation.
Continental breakfast ok, rooms ok (except kitchen devices, but we weren`t cooking). nice Lady at reception, but did not refund as I expected (see unfriendly receptionist).
no pool, another receptionist (male) at second evening VERY unfriendly und not reliable.
