Location Spacious room
Very good steaks!!!!
Restaurant, Bar and Gas Station closed at 9 pm. It was not possible to get anything to drink in the whole village.
The area and the people are awesome.
The staff was so nice and helpful, the room was perfect, comfortable and clean, with all the needed facilities. Nothing much to do in the area, everything is closing up around 20:00, but only 40km away from Grand Canyon Village.
Nothing bad to say.
Close to the Grand Canyon
Restaurant too expensive Squeaky floors
Location to Grand Canyon, dinner, price, size of rooms, wifi
Such a long way from the canyon
We weren't going for the amenities, just a place to crash for the night, and that's what we got. The rooms were strangely spacious, but clean. All and all, we got what we paid for.
A little creepy at night.
location & the price.
Very quiet Spacious room Value for money
Lack of dining choices
Better prices, comfortable room
Half hour from canyon.
The room was large as was the bathroom area. Heater worked well. I would happily stay there again.
A little farther from Grand Canyon than I thought. A microwave would have been nice.
Close to Grand Canyon National Park without having the cost of the hotels closer to the park. Nice accommodations. Restaurant was wonderful.
There was nothing we didn't like.
Location restaurant bar fuel
beds-lumpy pillows-not comfortable water pressure-shower water pipe hammering-room 215 limited cable channel-tv no sound from certain channels no microwave 50 cent coinsize bar of soap-for 2 people.soap would not lather no pen or paper pad in room
Rustic decor, rooms were clean. The food at the restaurant was suprisingly good, just a pity you had to cross a busy road at night to get there.
Some of the smaller rooms had a very strong odor, from some cleaning detergent. It was overwhelming. The 'single rooms' although they have a double bed, are very cramped and small.
Pool was closed (just out of season!)
Handy to the Grand Canyon, quiet, on site restaurant, cool display of hot rods and old cars.
The hotel is a little tired overall. Room was very hot.
The location of the hotel and the hotel décor. The hotel restaurant was good too.
- Cheaper than staying at the hotels closer to the Grand Canyon - Less buildings around means better star-gazing - Spacious room, queen-size beds, good for spending the night (main building) - Diner accomodated our last call just 10 minutes they were about to close, food was decent
- The room can use a bit of reno, old-looking - The bathtub faucet's back-plate was loose - Crowded bathroom, door opens right to the edge of the toilet - Layout is a bit confusing, didn't notice that the lobby was by the diner/restaurant
The location was the draw for us because of its proximity to the national park.
Seems there has been a change in ownership, and we were sent across the road to cabins now owned by the owners of the Grand Canyon Inn. Cabin units were a bit dodgy. We did not realize this was an option when making the booking.
Comfort , staff and surroundings
The evening meal was not very good made us travel to 13 miles for the next two nights with ten people!
Yes I like it
if i didn't have reservation I could have stay there for $49.50 a night per room instead of 69.99 a night per room.
The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
The smell in the staircase and hall
Lovely big quiet room.
We ate in the restaurant and when the bill came 18% was added to the bill for a tip. Tipping is up to the customer if they want to tip and how much.
