Room was nice. Easy check in. Restaurant on site. Open until for later arrivals, close to Historic downtown.
convenience to Grand Canyon
food, furnishings, soft bed, and staff's abrupt rude manner. Even though we had booked package deal, we had to change to three different rooms over a four day period.
Good room. Hotel full of character
Miles from the Amtrak station which is in the middle of nowhere. Then we were given the wrong directions by Reception for the Arizona Shuttle and nearly missed it.
furnishings in the room were old and drab... doorman walked in front of us as we entered and did not even hold the door open... the cost of the room...
Nice up-to-date room decor
Mattresses were worn out - backaches and loss of sleep
Very clean and comfortable bed.
great place close to everything
Williams is a great place to stay if you're going to the Grand Canyon. What a cute town! The hotel is a 5-minute walk from town, and the hotel staff is friendly and armed with a ton of information about the Canyon, where to eat in town, etc.
Several restaurants walking distance. Nice lobby, the train depot is interesting.
Tiny room, would not want to have to spend too long in the room.
The staff was very accommodating, and made the stay very enjoyable. Breakfast is very good. Their are some better places in town for good BBQ. Or mexican food. All in all this is a great way to see the Grand Canyon on the train. I also recommend doing the bus tour when you get there the buffet lunch is not bad it was just right.
The buffet across the street is very expense for what is being served for dinner.
I liked the location and the accomadations.
Location and nearness to Grand Canyon Train available
Buffet (dinner) was incredibly overpriced and insipid.
The WiFi was very poor, almost none existent
the train was there close to the hotel, I was able to walk to the market and restaurants in town the staff at the hotel and train always ensure that we were having lots of fan.
Pool did not have enough ventilation and chlorine was very strong, I couldn't breath.
Excellent location in Williams. Majority of staff were warm, inviting, and helpful.
I did not appreciate Mary's (at the front desk) condescending attitude. She is definitely not a problem solver!
Close to everything
No DVD player in room No mini fridge in room No free continental breakfast
The location was excellent. The room and bathroom were a good size. It was clean and comfortable.
I was not aware that I could have requested a small refrigerator when I booked the room. Also, the breakfast food available at the hotel for sale was no better than what you get included in your stay at many hotels.
The front desk lady who checked us in was very nice.
The 11am checkout was a bit too early, the shampoo smelled weird, and the corridors were very confusing to walk through.
Because we made our reservation with a 3rd party we didn't get a room with frig and flat screen tv. Just wrong. Not explained on web site.
Nice downtown for jog or walk. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Quiet rooms- couldn't hear other guests. We were on top floor.
Pub Ran out of wings. Understaffed but waitress was very nice.
Messed up our reservation so our room didn't get cleaned nor new towels for the secon night. It took two tries and five hours to get new towels. This place is overpriced and overrated.
Beds were comfortable - front desk staff were awesome
The hallways were like a maze.
Over priced for memorial day weekend. . $186 a day.
Cost to much for the what for a motel, The parking lot was to far from our room
This property was beautiful, everything was very clean. It was close to shopping and places to eat. The restaurant and gift shop was right across from the lobby and the atmosphere was very hi upbeat and the staff was courteous. I loved staying here and will come back again and will also tell other people to stay here if ever in Arizona to go to the Grand Canyon.
