Location was fine, breakfast was good.
Old heaters that require LOUD fan to be running to get heat. We were there in Jan. so needed heat. Bed only had one thin blanket on and bedspread was too slippery to stay on bed.
The breakfast and location.
close to the bars and restaurants, only an hour (driving slowly)from the south entrance to the grand canyon, hot tub was needed after a hard days hiking
Great walking access to Williams downtown along with direct car access to the Grand Canyon.
Not enough seating for breakfast at the hotel.
Location on Route 66 Cleanliness of the room Large Room Quiet Jacuzzi
The location was handy to the route we were taking. The bed was big and comfy. The room had all we needed in it. The room was really big. Soaps and shampoos were provided in the room. The breakfast was a choice of two cereals, they had a waffle maker, a toaster with choice of breads and muffins and doughnuts. Nothing special but we enjoyed making our waffles.
It wasn't amazing but ideal for us. We are backpacking for our honeymoon. It was clean, safe and value for money.
Great location, great value for money, very kind and helpful guy at the reception who explained everything in details on what to see in the area, nice waffles for breakfast
We stayed on the 2nd floor in the end room at pool end. Had a large picture window and two good sized windows opened! (as well as bathrooms) so no problems with stale air.Newly renovated small bathroom. Good stay, reasonable for the money.
As other reviews have suggested, sparse with furniture to put your luggage on . Fridge microwave and coffe pot all stacked and small desk. room could use some updating.
Waking in the morning to see the sights from the balcony.
Having to pay to get into the park. This should be included with the room.
We picked this hotel because of is proximity to the Grand Canyon railways terminus. Very basic hotel, cheap and cheerful. Probably should have paid a bit more. Liked the laundry room, after 8days traveling it was good to be able to wash some clothes.
Bit run down, but then it was cheap.
Staff great, nice pool and hot tub. Good location and easy walk to Main St for shops and restaurants. Nice clean rooms.
Room just a bit dated
Our front desk operator was so courteous and helpful. She offered more than expected in friendly service.
Great price, great location to restaurants, gift shops, etc. within walking distance. Close to the Grand Canyon. Pets allowed, at the end of town so it is quiet. Small rooms, older hotel, but we weren't looking for an "upscale" hotel.
No elevator so we had to carry our small dog down the stairs, but it was good exercise for us.
breakfast was cereal, muffins and waffles, no fruit, yogurt or eggs
Location in Williams Good Breakfast
Swimming pool really dirty (but that's not too important)
Location very central. Great diner across the street wild west with music. Breakfast fair in the morning. Nothing fancy but coffee and waffle not bad start to the day. Shower and comfy bed
Was what you would expect for price in this style motel. Slept well, friendly staff
A very basic hotel about 50 miles from the Grand Canyon or a few min from the train stop to a railroad that offers a tour of the canyon. It's a typical travel lodge but pretty clean. Don't get a second floor room if you can't carry your things up a level. We had two beds, a night stand and a small refrigerator but no dresser or other furniture. I enjoyed the flat screen tv and HBO we also had good internet service. Staff was excellent, breakfast was ok. Bathroom could have been cleaned better found hairs in the shower.
A bit dated and the breakfast was pretty minimal, even by budget standards, but the staff was very friendly and the room clean and comfortable. Outdoor jacuzzi was wslcome.
The rooms were very small, shabby but clean.
Staff wad extremely friendly and helpful. Wonderful cabins, next door to an amazing pizza restaurant. Will visit again for sure.
Pet Friendly, "close" to the Grand Canyon, fairly cheap.
Awful "breakfast." Glad I don't travel with a black light -- better not to know the details, but a pretty scuzzy experience overall.
Room was clean
Room was small, bath was very small, the breakfast was not up to what we paid. There was no room to sit while eating. Most people had to stand. The next morning we went across the street to eat breakfast (very good).
The location and pool
Price Outside not clean.
Close to GC but not in GC Close to food and shopping
AC fan was really loud
Decent breakfast, confortable beds, nice staff.
Jacuzzi pool is in a very small room, not so clean.
