The rooms were very small, shabby but clean.
Staff wad extremely friendly and helpful. Wonderful cabins, next door to an amazing pizza restaurant. Will visit again for sure.
Pet Friendly, "close" to the Grand Canyon, fairly cheap.
Awful "breakfast." Glad I don't travel with a black light -- better not to know the details, but a pretty scuzzy experience overall.
The location and pool
Price Outside not clean.
Close to GC but not in GC Close to food and shopping
AC fan was really loud
Decent breakfast, confortable beds, nice staff.
Jacuzzi pool is in a very small room, not so clean.
Staff were friendly.
Room was dark. Windows onto exterior gave no privacy unless closed.
Good location and staff
small room and pool
Great stay, reasonable distance to explore grand canyon, wonderful town
good location easy to find
No elevator, horrible lighting in the outdoor stairwell, carpet is dark red, the steps are very hard to see, two of us tripped up them and received scrapes. the lights never did come on, even though the desk staff stated they were on a timer.
Hot tub didn't work properly, staff gave a hard time about giving pool towels
Good value for money.
A decent drive from the Canyon.
The staff was very helpful and was able to check us in at 2PM, one hour before normal check in time. It was so convenient to be able to park our car just outside of the unit.
They need to improve the quality of their free continental breakfast.
the shower especially
Lack of a small table, also a microwave in the breakfast area would be nice.
Clean and tidy with lots of space. Laundry, ice-machine and good continental breakfast with waffles. Good situation close to lots of activities in the town. Very clean little swimming pool.
We were gone for the day, came back to the room at 6:30 PM and the room had not been cleaned or changed. Went to the office and they had to call someone to do the room. Rather shoddy and NO EXCUSE!!!.
The location was good.
The motel is in need of an update. The rooms are way overpriced. The pool and hot tub areas were dirty as well as the water. There was a sewer smell coming from the sink in the bathroom. Every morning there were dead flies and gnats in the shower. There are not a lot of choices of places to stay when visiting the Grand Canyon, but this won't be ours ever again.
Nice no frills room at a decent price based on location.
Nice pool, easy to find location.
Hotel could use some updating.
Walking distance to town. Nice outdoor pool. Standard US breakfast. Nothing to complain about.
Good price for good accommodation.
Ideal location for visitin the Grand Canyon
Well located for travelers on Route 66 and those going to the Grand Canyon.
Good value for money
Breakfast very poor, only sugar based products
The staff was very kind and accommodating. The price was good and the location was fine.
The room had a strong and pervasive musty odor which made the room very unappealing. Too bad because the room was otherwise clean and adequate.
