Very kind staff, very nice room, very good comfort
Everything - fantastic room with great facilities particularly with a family. It was great to be able to catch up with washing and also have a home cooked meal.
Trash pick up service.
Very roomy, comfortable rooms.
Hot water ran out in showers one morning.
The apartment was superb and perfect for a group like ours.
We were not expecting a 2 hour "sales pitch" and declined because we were there for a limited time with lots to do. We were expecting house keeping services such as you have at a hotel, this was a "time share" property and we had to ask for extras towels, etc. and never received house keeping.
The facilities were excellent! The staff very responsive to our needs.
Some confusion as to what a viila is and what a suite is.....so I'm fully aware here on out. Also felt the shuttle should go a bit further than it does
Friendliness of staff, nice tooms
We were hit with a time share sales pitch right at the beginning. I explained that I was here on business and that I was working. For the next two days we got the hard core sales calling our room at 8:00am, etc. Also, our spa tub was not working (one of the reasons that we chose this property).
The security of building. 24 hour jacuzzi and pool.
Wifi kept logging off
We found the living room furniture to be uncomfortable. Also, we couldn't sit at the relaxation pool as the music was too loud. We asked the bartender to have it turned down and were told it couldn't be.
We like the location, friendly staff, and the shuttle
The cafe was busy and very understaffed. Very long wait for food.
The grounds were beautiful and well-kept. The rooms were very nice.
We wished there had been a way to close off the bathroom in the main bedroom. The nightlight reflected into the bathroom mirror and shone on my face while trying to sleep. Also no way to shut a door if one person got up and the other was still in bed. Noisy people next door and above us.
The location was good nice rooms
Time share sales; a warning should be posted to this site that you will be subject to persistent time share sales people
everything was great,
We felt like we were home. The kids never got bored. GREAT place to stay.
Communicant room (should be advertised), floor carpets need better cleaning.
Vast appartment, good rate, fully equiped. Not on the strip but easily reachable by foot/car/shuttle.
Beware if you have teens - the pool policy is strange. The "family pool" is 1-3 ft deep (don't believe the 3.5 and 4 ft signs - it was never deeper than my waist) and had no kids older than 4 years old in it. Yet the "adult" (e.g. normal) pool right next to it is strict about allowing no one under 18 -- even a 15 and 17 yr old accompanied by a parent. So kids/teens between 4-18 really have no viable place to swim unless they want to play with toddlers. Also, this is a timeshare property run as a hotel, so you will get lots of invitations to attend sales pitches.
The location is great if you don't mind being just off the strip. Quiet location, easy access, free parking and a 10 minute walk to Bellagio, Cosmopolitan, Paris, and the "Miracle Mile Shops" (indoor mall). Good size rooms (we had a 1 BR suite with kitchen). Good value vs. staying on the strip.
Turn fly staff and clean areas
The children's pool was the first to lose sun so even though we were enjoying lying by the pool, we started to get cool being wet and in the shade after 3 pm.
My family had fun playing with the pool toys and loved the warm water. The lounge chairs by the pool were comfortable and we never had trouble finding one. We enjoyed the walk up to the strip, but when we were in a hurry, the shuttle was a convenient option to get us there faster.
Was nothing bad about this place.
Washer stained my clothes:( ruined my capris
Amenities adult pool and comfort
WiFi is slooowww.
The bedding at this property was awesome! Very comfortable, good night's sleep!
The sales pitch. They call your room and leave a card under your door, offering a gift if you come and listen to their sales pitch for 3 hours.
The room is spacious, has a fully equipped kitchen including cleaning supplies to wash the dishes in a dishwasher or by hand. The room also has a clothes washer and dryer with laundry detergent. Coffee maker with coffee and filters, sugar, creamer, and splenda also were provided. Plenty of storage space and extra pillows and blankets.
We really enjoyed the pools and the suite with a kitchen was like a holiday at home
The suites need to be equipped with an electric kettle. Nothing to boil water in for tea, etc, except a pot.
it was a little confusing distinguishing where the main entry and building 2 entry were, the route to get there was weird.
It was clean, spacious and beautiful grounds/landscape.
