I am from Atlanta, so I am familiar with the hotels in the area. By far, this is one of the best! Great staff, great room, and superb customer service! FYI, the French Toast was AMAZING!!!
the rooms are lovely.
Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The room and bed were very comfortable. The food was outstanding. They have a great chef.
The internationally selected staff were awesome. Others should go and take notes. Only 1 nick - contracts with govt & french airline is beneath them & can make guests less comfortable.
It is getting a little tired
The courtesy taxi handles all your needs and joe was great!!!
We stayed the weekend it was wonderful the view was great. Very convenient to food, shopping etc.
Charged too much to valet park
Since they couldn't find reservation, all they had left was a room with a king bed. Couple with teen daughter.
Honored our reservation anyway.
Online states heated pool, doesn't say that it doesn't open until end of April
Service was a bit chippy in attitude
My name on the tv
Valet parking was $34 a night, $22 for self parking RIDICULOUS! Breakfast was not included but it should have been for the cost of the rooms! They also don't tell you about the $50 additional charge they hold on your account.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
It seemed that my receptionist's attitude changed once she found that I was booked through booking.com. She ran off to get a manager. She came back, issued my keys, and asked could she help me with anything else. I found this strange because I could hear the other receptionist explaining the parking, breakfast, and other amenities that were available. When I asked her about breakfast, she said, but it is extra, I said, and that's not a problem.
That there wad hardly place to charge your phone, vety business unfrirndly
Parking costs $34 per day. Really?
Very upscale and fresh. Staff was very friendly and pleasant.
The hotel was beautiful and the location was perfect for my business trip. However, the room AC did not work well. I only stayed one night and did not place a call to get it fixed.
The Japanese Garden on level three was beautiful and very relaxing. The restaurant had a wonderful view of the waterfall and the wait staff was excellent.
Parking is expensive
Location and view
I loved the hotel. Daniel was very helpful and made our special occasion perfect
Parking garage is not connected to the hotel
The self parking garage in the cold & rain is not great to walk to & the room cleanliness was not the best. The bed was only semi comfortable. Those were the only negatives.
the staff was friendly and helpful! Loved the ease of getting to all the major roads from this hotel. From the outside & downstairs meeting rooms & lobby looked amazing.
I love the wonderful service, great food, excellent hotel period.
$22 a day parking, paying for Wifi
Beautiful room, beautiful hotel
This was our second stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, I will never stay there again. We were on the 18th floor and the hotel was not all that crowded. Even so, the noise coming from room doors opening and closing echoed through the halls and into our room. And, while the room was generally clean, there was a terrible cleaning fluid odor throughout. Very unpleasant. And, the fact that in this day and age a hotel like the Hyatt insists on charging for wireless in the room DAILY is really outrageous. Again, unfortunately, this will be our last stay at the Hyatt. Will try the Mandarin, Ritz or Westin, which are all just down the street.
