Valet parking was $34 a night, $22 for self parking RIDICULOUS! Breakfast was not included but it should have been for the cost of the rooms! They also don't tell you about the $50 additional charge they hold on your account.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
It seemed that my receptionist's attitude changed once she found that I was booked through booking.com. She ran off to get a manager. She came back, issued my keys, and asked could she help me with anything else. I found this strange because I could hear the other receptionist explaining the parking, breakfast, and other amenities that were available. When I asked her about breakfast, she said, but it is extra, I said, and that's not a problem.
That there wad hardly place to charge your phone, vety business unfrirndly
Parking costs $34 per day. Really?
Very upscale and fresh. Staff was very friendly and pleasant.
The hotel was beautiful and the location was perfect for my business trip. However, the room AC did not work well. I only stayed one night and did not place a call to get it fixed.
The Japanese Garden on level three was beautiful and very relaxing. The restaurant had a wonderful view of the waterfall and the wait staff was excellent.
Parking is expensive
Location and view
I loved the hotel. Daniel was very helpful and made our special occasion perfect
Parking garage is not connected to the hotel
The self parking garage in the cold & rain is not great to walk to & the room cleanliness was not the best. The bed was only semi comfortable. Those were the only negatives.
the staff was friendly and helpful! Loved the ease of getting to all the major roads from this hotel. From the outside & downstairs meeting rooms & lobby looked amazing.
I love the wonderful service, great food, excellent hotel period.
$22 a day parking, paying for Wifi
Beautiful room, beautiful hotel
This was our second stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, I will never stay there again. We were on the 18th floor and the hotel was not all that crowded. Even so, the noise coming from room doors opening and closing echoed through the halls and into our room. And, while the room was generally clean, there was a terrible cleaning fluid odor throughout. Very unpleasant. And, the fact that in this day and age a hotel like the Hyatt insists on charging for wireless in the room DAILY is really outrageous. Again, unfortunately, this will be our last stay at the Hyatt. Will try the Mandarin, Ritz or Westin, which are all just down the street.
I hate paying for WIFI.
In the lobby lounge, one staff member took particular interest in us an made sure we had everything we might need throughout the night!
What I liked about my stay at the Hyatt was just about everything.room was clean, staff friendly, bed soft
Beautiful facilities, great staff, great location!
I booked online and when i got there I was charged an extra $200!! I hadn't planned for that and it really ruined my experience. I will NEVER stay there again.
I loved the customer service
The luggage guys and the valet boys...
The cost for parking is $22 self parking or $34 for valet parking. This is quite costly and should be reduced for guests staying at the hotel. You certainly need a car to be able to explore Atlanta and surrounding places. The breakfast was $24 but was not really worth it, as the choices available was limited. Room service was $3.25 for delivery, plus 22% surcharge but the quality of the food was poor. Eating in the hotel was not an option for me following this experience.
The hotel is based in the Midtown area of Buckhead. There are lots of shops to visit in the area, as well as plenty of places to eat at. The staff are very friendly and caring. During my staff I was rushed to hospital and the staff really took care of me. There is a fridge in the room which was well used by myself. King size bed was great and very comfortable. A very pleasant stay indeed.
Getting charged for parking.
Location, ambiance, customer service
Although the mattresses were very comfortable and supportive, they were a felt like they reflected heat back and thus felt warm.
Mr. Gilbert, my name too, the well caring doorman. We found that personnel were exceptional thru-out: we suspect good management. The food and drinks were above expectation Avoid the breakfast buffet , get the shrimp and grits. The best I ever had. .
There is no Indoor swimming pool And no gacozzi
Every thing was great
Wifi not free !
Could not get a table for dinner on arrival (full) Not easy to get a hot breakfast Shower temperature fluctuated a lot
