Excellent location and staff!

It's location and cleaniness.

The room and service were excellent, I arrived 4 hours earlier than standard check in for a convention, and my room was already prepared for me. Room and common areas were very clean, modern and it was a pleasure to stay.

Free Wi-Fi should be extended to all rooms and not just the lobby area. I have stayed at far inferior hotels at lesser prices per night that had Wi-Fi included in all rooms. If Wi-Fi was included, my stay would have been perfect.

Great location for shopping. Room was beautiful with very comfortable beds. Excellent food from room service. Front desk staff, when we checked in, were very helpful and efficient and smiley!

Virtually no water pressure in the shower. In fact, it was so low, I had to get out of the shower and rinse my hair in the tub. I was suprised that the wi-fi was an additional cost given the location of the hotel. Front staff on check out were not friendly and not particularly helpful.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean. We had an incredible view, and loved the fact that the room really accommodated all of us comfortably. We'd definitely stay here again! Our entire family enjoyed our stay.

The cost of overnight parking is getting ridiculous. I know that the City raised their rates for metered parking, but it doesn't mean that hotels have to match the fees. It costs $30/night to park in the garage at the hotel, so be sure to budget that in your travel plans.

Excellent hotel and localization. I recommend it for sure.

Bathroom in our room was wonderful - loved the bathtub and shower. Bed was very comfortable and the room was nice & quiet. Location of hotel is excellent and close to shopping, market, restaurants, major attractions. Starbucks on site was handy.

TV was not high definition so picture quality was skewed and not great. Limited channels. A hotel of this calibre should have mini fridges in the rooms. We did not know we could have requested a fridge until the last morning of our stay when I commented on it to the front desk clerk. It would have been a bonus to have daily breakfasts in the hotel included in the room rate - even if you had to pay a little more for this convenience. I thought the low lighting in the hotel lobby gave a first impression of dinginess (but then I'm picky!)

We received excellent service from the entire staff ,there were several good restaurants in walking distance from the hotel,all the major attractions were easily accessible by bus, taxi or walking

A break-down in communication between booking.com and the Grand Hyatt, they had no record of our reservation in their computer system I did have the printed copy of my confirmation # from my on-line booking as proof of my reservation and the cost of the room

Grand Hyatt was a block from the Washington State Convention Center and in downtown close to shopping and walking distances from all tourist attractions.

Would have liked to see the sun more often.

Most of all, Location! Not only for the Conference Center, but also for shopping area. Staff is great and helpful.

Maybe due to aged building, sometimes external noise came in.

Die Lage im Zentrum von Seattle ist hervorragend. Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer v.a. in den oberen Stockwerken toll.

Der technische Standard im Zimmer ist verbesserungsbedürftig. Am Schreibtisch befand isch nur eine Steckdose, in der die Schreibtischlampe eingesteckt war, es war nicht möglich gleichzeitig das Netzteil des Computers einzustecken. Die Raumbeleuchtung im Zimmer war nicht hell genug. Im Hotel gibt es nur im Restaurant eine Bar. Das ist ungemütlich. Trotz Bad und Dusche gibt es keine Handbrause. Das Wassersparen beim Duschen nervt und bringt dem Hotel keine echte Ersparnis.

Das Hotel war in einem guten und sauberen Zustand. Das Zimmer war sehr gut eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer,toll gefließt, Badewann plus getrennte Dusche.

An der Rezeption habe ich kein Personal mit deutsch Kenntnissen getroffen. Hotel liegt in der nähe der Stadtautobahn, daher Tag und Nacht ein lautes rauschen der KFZ, selbst im 27. Stock. Kein Fernsehkanal in Deutsch.
