Jonah, the play, the relaxing, beautiful Christmas lights and food
food was cold
Loved our spa bath in our room. Loved the location of the hotel. Loved the pillows. Loved the breakfast there. Everything about it there felt like home, and I can't wait to go back.
Beds were nice just wish they were a little softer but I pretty much loved everything there.
Enjoyed the in-room whirlpool.
Everything but! See what you didn't like.
Not near enough handicap parking. Front side of hotel parking is built on the side of a mountain. Not easy to navigate with disabilities
hot tub, towel quality, cleanliness. Ticket lady the friendliest and the housekeeper as well. Rest of the staff barely spoke to us
So, So, So disappointed in the bed. We thought we were assured of the bed being top notch because of the price........hard and awful bedding. Kind of feel like it was bait and switch. Breakfast was ok. Just not friendly people working.
Room was very clean. Averge size. Had microwave and fridge. Bathroom was very clean also.
Breakfast ended before we even woke up so we didn't get a chance to rate it. Cleaning staff seemed to kind of rush us to leave. But they were nice about it.
Great breakfast buffet
Quiet and clean, would stay again and highly recommend.
Very nice staff. Good location. (close to the highway so we can get the hell out of Branson)
Old building. Dirty old room. You could tell it was a smoking room that was "converted", but smelled of chemicals. Grout in tub was dirty, jets in tub were filthy. Repairs were done by caulking everything, around the AC, around the tub. Furniture was old, dusty, and grime from food, or what else. Here's tip for having a good time while in Branson, don't stop there!
Breakfast buffet was very good. The hotel is very clean, and a pretty place to stay.
The bed was not that comfortable.
Location was great! Breakfast was great!
There was hair in the tubs and I had the suite so you would think it would be ean. Then went for a swim in pool and it needed to cleaned.
The air conditioner was way to loud. Woke me up every time it kicked in.
Could use some new furniture in rooms
Close to everything, nice hot tub and pool area
Our room was on the 8th floor - the restaurant is on the 9th floor, so you can hear them vaccuming and cleaning up at 11 o'clock at night and you can hear all the travelers pulling their wheeled bags on the floor above you in the morning.
I like the king sweet we stayed in. It was a nice room.
There was no entertainment in the hotel at all. No bar, no music, nothing.
We really liked the Restaurant.
Had to have staff help figure out how to turn the shower on (never have seen one like that before). Also a comforter on the bed or an extra blanket in the room would have been nice. Long wait times for the elevators.
Although breakfast was complementary it was like something from a low budget hotel. Considering how great other aspects of this hotel were I expected more options for a hot breakfast and better flavor too. The service was very good however.
Upon booking A handicapped room I arrived at the hotel to find out that there were no guarantees on a handicap room. Instead of two queen size beds that I originally ordered I received one king size bed and a pullout couch to accommodate my handicap. The room I received was not a handicap room.
It was a nice place. The only problem I had was we had a leak so we had to change rooms in the middle of the night and they didn't offer to refund some of our money out of respect for our hardship.
Breakfast was good
Parking was horrible
