Bed, would have preferred king size bed

the location was ideal, close to gondola for skiers and close to all rental ski shops. the kitchen area was very well equipped and ideal if you don u want to go out for dinner. the pool facility

the bed s where not great. queen size is small and not terribly comfortable. the base stuck out in respect to mattress and we cut our legs on it. some of the rooms are noisy above restaurant and had to be moved

Kitchen was great! There is a FREE GE Profile washer and dryer on each floor. They also have laundry detergent in your room. They do not have cribs only pack n plays. Bring your own sheet or ask for a small one from housekeeping. They didn't bring one and the mat was questionable.

They only give you one free coffee in the kitchen suites. The rest you have to buy for yourself. You can only get a Queen size bed in the kitchen units. The Timber Lodge offered more activities for kids.

Very good location, just by Gondola to ski in Heavenly. Good restaurants nearby, very good staff.

Very dry air in the hotel, i believe this is a problem all around, they have humidification system, but it was hard to sleep.

Hotel was beautiful, rooms were great with plenty of modern amenities. Village was great. Well worth a few extra dollars.

Uncomfortable bed, poor customer service, beware time share facility so maynot have luxuries of regular hotels - such as room service or daily cleaning service, late check out etc.

Nice room and good complex

The location was great. It was about a 5 min walk to the casinos and they offer a gondola or shuttle to the mountains. I had to pay extra for the valet parking but was well worth it. Staff was friendly and fast. I had the room with two bathrooms and a small kitchen. It was perfect for me and my friend. Both had our own privacy and really liked the fireplace. I would recommend this to a friend.

I have lived overseas for the past few years and at the European ski resorts they have boot Warmers to dry your boots. It is a great way to make sure your ready for the next day on the mountain. The resort did hold your boards or skis for free.

I loved the 1 bedroom set up. Both the bedroom and living room had fireplaces and televisions. The spa tub for two was gorgeous. My partner and I very much also enjoyed having a good sized kitchen. All in all, the apartment was bigger than either one of ours. This was the perfect spot for a first weekend away together.

We were looking for some nice 4 day vacation Hotel in Lake Tahoe and found the Marriott. We had a lovely time and enjoyed the two hot tubs and the great heated pool. Our studio was comfortably, the bed was great, and we made use of the very well stocked kitchen. The Hotel offers free WiFi, the staff was always nice and helpful. We would definitely recommend the Grand Residences by Marriott.

The staff was beyond amazing. Every single person from the valet, to front desk to housekeeping was so friendly and genuine. The grounds were amazing and in walking distance to just about everything you would need.

Parking seemed a bit expensive but there are no other options and the valet staff was probably the hardest working and friendliest in the building. I know they don't see the extra profits but they definitely make the cost worth your while.

The hotel itself was very bauetiful and service was very excellent.. We were there three hours early but the happily accommodate us with cookies and a key to the pool and sauna to wine down while room being cleaned.. Everything from food to groceries and getting manicure peducure was all around the corner, walking distance.. Love to come back again next summer .

Excellent location Excellent staff Brilliant room and facilities

Very surprised to find such a lovely place next to casinos. Felt like we were in a lodge in the mountains but yet close to everything convenient. It was my birthday and the staff sent up a beautiful basket. It was completely unexpected so was such a wonderful surprise. Was very thoughtful and lovely and the staff should be commended highly. We will definitely be coming back as a weekend was not long enough. So glad we found this place and hopefully will be back for a week next summer.

A massive apartment with full size kitchen, two bathrooms (of which one is massive), free WiFi, a fireplace. The hotel is located in front of a small mall, nearby restaurants (Heavenly Village), as well as the gondola to Heavenly Peak. The Marriott also operate a private beach area at the lake. Staff was very friendly, with special thanks to the concierge who managed to get us on a lake cruise the next day, despite most tours being totally booked out.

Nothing - this simply is an excellent Grand Residence location.

It was right in the centre of South Lake Tahoe - a great location for walking out to shops, restaurants etc.

Would have preferred a bigger bed with firmer pillows. We had a Queen but a King or Super King is much better.

Me gustarían más promos pa ir mas seguido, es muy lindo el lugar y el htl divino! aunq este año no hubo tanta nieve. Shopping tipo Target o algo así, aunque Raleys muy completo.
