The atmosphere of the room, the decorations, the bed and sheets
Bathroom door knob broke the day we left, as in I could not get out from the inside of the bathroom door and had my girlfriend help me out.
Beds were comfortable, clean bathrooms, nice nightclub.
Casino staff a little rude, alcoholic drinks are under poured.

Very nice facility. Has activities for all ages and very nice pool area. Had great friendly waitresses.
The customer service was terrible starting with the bell hops.Very poor employee attitudes. Seemed to have several unhappy employees who were not willing to help or do any extra including directions in the resort.
The staff was very courteous, the room was nice and clean and it had a view.
I feel that after our group has been coming for years and selling out during our days there,,, that rather than raising rates and gauging us ,,, we should get a discount or some perks... Some show or appreciation...at least a decent late check out... But rather,,, because we look a little different I feel some discrimination as if our money was not as good as others who look more conservative...
Overall look, restaurants, parking
I was given a room very near the elevators, wich sounded like trains beside it. The staff would not accept to change it, in spite that I offered to pay for more expensive room. Moreover, you could book (booking.com) at least 5 rooms of the same category than mine. The staff wouldsay the hotel was full.

The roomyness of the room. Nice big bathroom with good shower flow. Lots of restaurants.
I would of liked to have a table in the room. There is not any shade by the pool unless you rent a cabana. You can not use a cart to take your baggage to your room. Some people don't want to pay for that service. You can not pull up close to hotel to off load your baggage without paying for a valet. Need a place to sit where there is no noise.
Easy access to the freeway and to the airport. Great décor in hotel lobby, casino floor and guest rooms.

When checking out I was told all 3 nights had 3 different prices. Unbelievable this has never happened to me before. And I am 62 yrs.old.

The staff went above and beyond in all departments. The restaurant, the housekeeping staff, the front desk staff, casino dealers and managers were all super welcoming and happy to be there.
Everything is in the hotel, which is fine, but it makes it difficult if you don't want to eat at their restaurants or use their facilities. It's not a great location to see anything else except for things in the hotel.
Everything from check in to checkout. The staff at the front desk was great, bed was really comfy and the Casino was active.

We always stay at the GSR and are never disappointed.
Pet friendly, we were checking out restaurants and a hostess from one restaurant listened to our wants and recommended another and it was perfect. Easy check-in, comfy bed, clean roomy room.
Location and newly done rooms.
Well...waited 3.5 HOURS for a clean room. Made reservation weeks before hand but yup...still waited. Little communication between Reservation Clerks. After1.5 hours wait was told to goto Flight Attendant line so i did. Got a mini lecture from clerk for coming up to her directly after waiting ANOTHER 20 minutes in line. Total waiting time was past 2 hours including the initial 30 minutes to check in. Frustrated tosay the least. Nothing wrong with rooms but service is becoming questionable.
