We arrived after 8pm, and had to wait for our room. No matter we grabbed dinner in the 24hr cafe.
The room lighting was dark. All the lights on, it was pretty dark in the butlers pantry without an overhead light. (The cabinets are dark too.) Suggestion would be dimming lights vs the lights that were in our room.
We had kids young running on our floor, granted it was during the day and early in the evening. But we're in town for business, and thought that paying more per night for the 21 and over room meant no kids. Like other reviewers, I smelled smoke in the halls. There was no information about the exclusive Concierge benefits in our rooms, which I thought was odd. It wasn't until the day I was leaving that I made it to the 25th Concierge floor. Would have been great to know more about, say upon check-in?
Also found it odd that there wasn't security checking keys after 8pm as in other large scale hotels. Maybe eye in the sky security is top notch.
The information about workout classes were for March, and I had to go online to find it, and we stayed in April 4-10.
Nitpicking, yes it is. I travel mostly for work, and it's the little pleasures that make or break the trip.
Having nitpicked this, I would stay in the Concierge Suite again.
Very comfortable room, we had the non-smoking Concierge Suite (over 21). Large room, updated, top floor. Bed was very comfortable, TV was large but didn't swivel so viewing from the far end of the sofa was a bit of a stretch. Maids were quick in and out, and replaced coffee and we had true mugs too. Very nice touches, and not the cheap towels or linens either.
Awesome channel selection and all HD.
All said, it was a great room. Loved being on the top floor away from noises.
