The hotel was amazing and so cheap. Room was big and very comfortable. The hotel had a lot of things to do and places to eat. You didn't have to leave for anything.
Construction was a little bit of a pain.

Security staff was great. very visible in orange jackets. Staff in general was very good. Had to wait ten minutes for a clerk to help us check out when leaving. They were not there at checkout desk at 0600. Bell staff had to go find a clerk
Dogs all over the place. Near the Starbucks in particular around 8:00 AM. Do dogs have to use the main entrance to to go for their walks? Put a security officer there in the mornings to keep them moving and not loitering in eating areas.
very difficult to understand where to park due to ongoing construction, barriers set up blocking parking lots, no signage for arriving guests
We had a great time. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The resort has everything you need. The weather was cold but the resort had enough stuff to do. We ate at three of the restaurants and they were priced good and the food was great. We look forward to coming back.
The slots did not pay very well. There was a light out in our bathroom and a loose socket.....
Bell desk gave very poor service

The room . We stayed there a year ago, our room was nice. It was clean and no loud children running up down .We paid the same amount. We won't be back .
Love the spa and employees' attitudes
Just about everything accept noted at right!
Was on 10th floor with disabled wife and the elevators didn't want to stop there. Waited as much as 10 min and when it did stop, often it was full. Twice took the employee elevator down. Was that way the whole of our stay.

I ordered room service and that was a big mistake. I was expecting fresh, organic, delicious food. What I got was something akin to what one purchases at Costco.
room was excellent..... did not like the 11 dollar mandatory resort fee for the spa that wasn't open on sunday
the hidden charges for the so called resort fee... and they messed up our room service order and didn't deliver it till the 21 pizza was cold and soggy

Pillowtop bed was not comfortable...old.
We liked the colors of the casino and the 'lighter' atmosphere and brightness of the amenities.
There seemed to be too much of a wait in the restaurants and the wait staff was not that friendly or helpful.

had to wait forever for car valet and then in line to check in. 20 counters to check people in and two checkers. then wait again to get car back....waiting, waiting.
In General everything was good. Staff tries really hard, they are pleasant, some maintenance assistance need attention
My room was to far from the entrance, considering i had a working handicap, the service need to be shorter and faster.
