good price clean and comfortable good staff
We liked that the room was on the ground floor and that it had a microwave, a refrigerator, and Wifi. We appreciated the quiet location.
It was in an isolated community and the restaurants were closed during the off-season. We bought frozen TV dinners at the adjacent grocery store. The table and two chairs were too crowded for the space between the TV table and the microwave.
Simple but clean comfortable room for a great price
This is a hard one to rate as it was clean and neat but that's where it ends. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone.
Poor value for the buck. I emailed them and never got a response. I called ahead and left a message and never got a call back. Room was dark and only one light by one side of the bed. TV quality poor. They didn't even leave a spare roll of toilet paper. The sinks supply lines were reversed and the hot side gave cold water and vise versa. They offered no discounts for military or AAA but had very few guests. It seems to me owners would like to see people in the rooms rather than let them go empty. The worst was the so called breakfast. Toast only and we were told it was limited to 2 slices of bread per person. Nothing to drink if you didn't drink coffee. And lastly, the office shuts down at 7PM and you can't get any calls past that time nor can you even get ice past 7PM. In addition, there is no cell service either. There is nothing grand about this place unless you go to bed at about 7PM. and don't like to eat breakfast or talk to your family. Spend the extra money and stay outside the Bryce Canyon Park.
Very clean. Fastest Wi-Fi on my trio so far.
The staff was very understanding about a mistake of mine in that I checked out too late in the day, and they didn charge me an extra day
nice staff great price very nice rooms
Everything was squeaky clean. Friendly people running the hotel.
Breakfast was not a plus, but that's OK. It was adequate.
Staff was very friendly. WiFi was very fast
quiet heating, comfy bed, spacious room, shop at reception and friendly staff
had to carry bags up stairs to room which wasn't an issue for us but may be for some people
The owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was large, comfy and very clean. Free coffee and toast. Good WIFI. General store.Close to Bryce Canyon. Highly reccomended.
- Near the Monument Valley Area - Good breakfast - Friendly staff - Clean and nice rooms - Free WiFi
It deserves its 8.3 score. Ok, it is set above a store but the rooms were extremely well equiped, and very spacious with toiletries and a microwave oven as well as coffee machine. They offer a free breakfast and the eating area has a microwave and a convection oven, they have well stocked freezers so you can cook for yourself. Extremely well priced and the staff were very helpful.
Don't have any dislikes.
We booked for two days stay, however we have to cut short our stay because of bad weather. They graciously let us pay only for one day. You cannot see that with other hotels/lodges elsewhere. We will stay here again on our next visit. Worth recommending to our friends.
Very clean, quiet and close to Bryce, the staffs are nice.Would stay there again when we come back Bryce.
Nothing. Good hotel at an affordable price.
It was really nice and comfortable place. The stuff was helpful. Room was big and very clean.
Nice place, clean
No restrantant and breakfast was limited
The room was huge and well furnished, including fridge and microwave. Although breakfast was not technically provided, free toast and coffee were available FOC to get you going in the morning without stop. Family business, run by friendly and helpful family. Hotel is also the general store, so you can buy food to microwave in your room
Cannonville is quite small, with no shops or restaurants. The extra 10 miles in the wrong direction, is however worth while. Very pretty drive. Don't panic about it not showing on maps, it is quite close to Bryce national park
Everything just perfect
Room was clean and unusually large. Bathroom had plenty of towels. Plus there were towels provided in the hallway for wiping down shoes, car, etc.
Breakfast was a joke and included only bread/toast and coffee. Only 1 restaurant open for dinner within 10+ miles that had unusually high prices and closes at 7:30pm. After that you are at the mercy of the convenience store on the ground level.
The room was large, clean and comfortable. The bed provided a good night's sleep. The check-in and check-out staff were courteous, friendly and efficient. This hotel is an excellent value for the room rate paid. The location is about 13 miles from Bryce Canyon N.P. and 3 miles from the town of Tropic, which has a couple restaurants to chose from.
Staff was very friendly, it was also very convenient to have a store downstairs (I was able to get a couple snacks late in the evening). Big, comfy beds, very clean, good shampoo&conditioner. We were on our way from Bryce to GSCENM, I would recommend anyone to stay there!
Breakfast was weird.
Staff was very nice
I stayed there to make a visit to Bryce Canyon. There weren't any facilities (or really anything) in the town it was in and a little bit of a drive just to find dinner. Very remote but that isn't totally unexpected in the heart of UTah.
good location owners really friendly room has a fridge and microwave 3 queen beds
