Score from 24 reviews Very good
First room we were given was very small and DIRTY(Towels still had hair on them) Wireless internet was unavailable. They moved us to a suite and the toilet was broken and no Hot water in the morning. I would not recommend this place to anyone !!!!!!
Great customer service front desk five stars
Room is comfortable, good location and fair price compared to others. Great free hot breakfast.
Pool and other kid activities are closed early and all the kids are just outside running around. Pool had too much chlorine and impossible to use, hot spa was cold, not working properly, and the pool and gym area were just nasty with wet towels and food on the floor.
The breakfast buffet was good. The manager, Greg, was friendly and picked us up from the airport after they forgot about us for an hour. That's about it.
This place is dated. Their advertised rate is $169! But booking.com had it for $119. I still feel like I way overpaid. This place is like a work camp. Old, dirty, and worn out. The beds are like lumpy sacks. There was a coke can on the floor of my room when I checked in. The toilet seat was a replacement that didn't come close to fitting the bowl which led to some interesting seat time. There are no restaurants within 2 miles, so you're either driving for food or eating at the in-house Indian/Italian snack bar. The weird indoor pool area is a renovation I'm guessing. It looks like a convention center with a drop ceiling. It's not a terrible place, but it should be priced around 40-60 dollars a night. It's old and dirty.
Service Lack of elevator
The breakfast was good!
The shower head and faucets were rusted, The towels didnt look clean, the hotel itself wasnt exactly in the best shape it could be.
This facility could be rated excellent with some upgrading.
Needs remodeling. Old and worn-out
I really enjoyed my stay and will recommend it to others
Great customer service
The pool slide was fun for the kids but other than that I wouldn't recommend
Maids didn't clean our room for 2 straight days. Upon arrival my feet stuck to the floor in my room. One maid was nice N the food in the restaurant wasn't bad but just not a good place to stay.
The pool we were close
Nice breakfast and clean room. Staff very friendly.
Not enough towels and when we asked for more we got floor mats. Also desk staff is very slow so don't be in a rish to check in.
Bed was rock hard, the ac wasn't very good, the bath was nasty looking and shower not good. The safety latch was dangling loose. I picked this hotel because of the pool for my granddaughter, but it was out of service for a couple of weeks. The website looks a lot better than the hotel.i didn't even think of taking my family to the restaurant there.
Bed sheets smelled "bleach" clean.. AC was real good.. Overall cleanliness was good.
Tv programming was very limited.. Any room surrounding interior pool/courtyard area is noisy due to folks in pool so ask for a room away from this area if you want peace and quiet. Curtains have gaps had to use chair and door knob to close off completely.
Cold ac. Comfy bed.
Did not like the parking. TV barley worked and the wifi did not work at all. I will not be staying there again next time.
The price was reasonable.
The room was not cleaned to my standards. The breakfast buffet and service was not very good.
Our room was right across from the pool, kids loved that!
Convenience to my office. Bar and Restaurant. Nice front desk associates
Noisy tenants...construction mess, still not completed.
the area for kids to swim and play as well as the fitness room
hot tub by pool was not hot enough
It's a great place especially with kids. Great indoor pool for kids but it closes at 9 which is always a bummer and the hot tub was warm not hot. We had an outdoor room which I didn't care for and there were people that were living there. However I assume because of the oilfield boom in that area that is why. I would definitely stay there again, maybe ask for an inside room instead. Staff was great!
Only the fact that I got an outside room (didn't know this while booking) and the hot tub wasn't hot and closed at 9! But honestly neither is worth complaining!
The food at the restaurant was fine and the serving of the food was attentive and timely.
I didn't like the bedbug that crawled across my pillow when I got up in the morning. I didn't like the almost complete lack of concern expressed by the desk receptionist when I told her that I had found a bedbug in our room. (&Quot;I'll send a man to the room to take care of that.) Give the huge size and general age of this monster of plasterboard I don't see them getting rid of a BEDBUG INFESTATION anytime soon.
WIFI was terrible, and the rooms were not very clean. Smelled like the paint was still drying during my stay.
