Plastic mattress cover
Old musty smell.
Clean & the motel was convienent to the town center.
Bedspreads dated, office closed at night, soda machine broken, spa facilities unavailable. My room smelled like smoke.
breakfast was not quite up to my standards, but something was available.
We liked the location of the hotel ... but that is all it has going for it!
The first room we were given smelled of horse manure ... The carpet was filthy .. The air conditioning was caked in dust and dirt ... The bathroom was awful. When we complained we were given a second room that was no better except the horse smell did not accompany the accomodations. We went back and complained again and the young man at the desk did offer to come and clean a bit ... we were skeptical about walking barefoot or even using the blankets. A plastic crinkly covering was on the mattress that made noises on every move you made. The dust in the room was horrid. I would avoid this place if at all possibe!
The location was excellent.
There was pet hair in the bed like the sheets had not been changed from the previous guests.the parking is a problem
Historical paintings and books in the lobby
Room in the rear of the building. Dirty, dusty , dead bugs on wall and widow sill. Live spider. Stained sheets, trash left in can. Dirty stained rugs . Staff refused to give receipt
Don't stay here unless you have to
The rooms made weird noises at night like the pipes were about to burst. It was set outside of the main strip which means you have to drive into the town. Also it took five minutes for anyone to come to the desk to check us in
Location was good, had a musty smell like it must've flooded
It was close to all activities and places I needed to be. Staff was friendly.
The room was not as clean as expected. Had an annoying odor.
location relative to Saratoga Race Course and the village center
room smelled and was dirty. air conditioner ran constantly.
The Hotel was clean and in a great location. We could walk to the TB race track in approximately 20 minutes. Manger was great source of info. He told about getting breakfast at the track finish line while watching the horses workout in the morning. Hotel was older and unique. Outdoor Pool was heated. Spa on property. Hotel had a gas grill to use. I would stay at this hotel again
Room was very dirty. Carpets were never cleaned. Room smelled very musty. Staff was clueless...tried to make me pay for someone else's room!
The smell was beyond bad to the point I was afraid for my health. It was a rip off of $500.00.
Decent, quiet accommodation within walking distance to the center of downtown.
staff was nice, but hotel was at the low-end.
I stay in better hotels.
Proximity to Downtown
$250 per night was robbery. $49 per night would still be too much. The place is Tired. Rooms smell sour. Broken fitness equipment in the lobby/ breakfast area???. Sign out front missing broken letters. You could either hang your clothes in the no door closet or sit in the chair placed in there. If I had not paid in full with no return of my money. I would not have stayed there 5 minutes.
Quiet, clean. (But bring your own amenities...hairdryer etc.)
Tired facilities, but the big pool is in great shape! Book it on-line for honest rate.
Did not like room in back also plastic was on mattress making it very uncomfortable to sleep on
the location to spac
rooms were not cleaned every day no extra toilet paper no tissues in room plastic liner still on box spring not given information about breakfast availability generally not a well run motel.
The cleaning staff very courteous very helpful room was clean good water pressure nice hot water long showers
Wifi was very poor only two bars small bathroom and showers
Parking outside the room was convenient and the shower pressure was decent. Also the location to Spac was a positive.
Although the room seemed clean and free of bugs, the smell was very overwhelming. I had to purchase a can of Febreeze just to be able to sleep in the room.
Close to the venue we were going to
Rooms were dirty, smelled awful and beds were very uncomfortable
room was dirty smelly very run down needs work.will never stay there again.
