Elara, a Hilton Grand Vacations Hotel - Center Strip    

The location was good. I liked that the facility was non-smoking and the pool was beautiful.

The staff at the pool checked by purse before entering to make sure I wasn't smuggling in a drink. Very unprofessional! The first room that I was given, the sofa bed was filfty and the linens that they brought to me were stained with bodily secretions!

We had a bed and breakfast package.Tea was not available with breakfast - only coffee. An international facility should make tea available. Toast was inedible.

I did like the fact that I was staying in a hotel that did not have a casino in it - I felt it was quieter and nicer

I did not like the view of a car park roof on the 4th floor, especially when my husband had arranged a room on the 18th floor with a view prior to our stay.

Perfer to have a casino on site. Needs a high quality restaurant. The pool is adequate, but I perfer the more lavish casino resort pools.

Without exaggeration, the most immaculate and luxurious hotel suite I've ever stayed in - in fact, I thought the staff had mistakenly upgraded me when I first opened the door, as the price was so reasonable! The Elara hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the Strip and adjoining a huge shopping mall, so I didn't use my car and could leave it in the free car park the whole time. Most of the main resorts are within walking distance, and there's a 24-hour bus service that whizzes up and down the entire strip. My one-bedroom suite had a massive luxurious separate living/dining room with a fully fitted high-spec kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views of the "Eiffel Tower", and electric blind doubling up as a TV projector screen. Marble flooring in kitchen and bathroom. Spacious jacuzzi right in the bedroom. TVs in every room, even the bathroom! Staff very pleasant and helpful, but unobtrusive too. Suite cleaned and sheets changed daily. Washing machine in bathroom. If you are looking at this hotel and the price seems reasonable, I would say don't hesitate and book the one/two bedroom suite - I guarantee you'll be glad you did!

Quality of room. Local free parking (though not secure and not controlled by the hotel). Close location to the attractions. Nice pool. Prompt response by maintenance & security when the alarm went off at 2 a.m.!

Noisy neighbours! Smoke alarm going off at 2 a.m.! Reception staff not prepared to do anything about the problems other than give platitudes. Breakfast not included. Overall based on our experience we would give it 1 out of 10 despite the good things.

It is conveniently located in the middle of the strip and is surrounded by different choices of shoppings and restaurants

Customer service was awesome! Attached to the Miracle Miles Mall in the Planet Hollywood. Non-smoking and security was very secure. The room was fantasic! They upgraded my room to what seemed like to be a penthouse suite on the 55th floor, without my knowledge! What a pleasant surprise :)

Wireless connection sucked, but I think that's anywhere up and down the strip. 2 connecting rooms had their doors open, so we all thought we got upgraded to a 4 bedroom suite. Instead, we later found out that was a mistake :( Would have been great if they would have just gave it to us, since it was their mistake. But, oh well.. overall it was a pleasant stay.

The location was fantasitic - walking distance to everything. The apartment was amazing & plenty of room for the 6 of us. We just loved it.

Hotel not so new. Entrance to the hotel through the shops. Difficult to find parking place, parking far away from the entrance.

I booked this hotel for my 21st Wedding Anniversary. The room (accommodations and amenities) were better and more luxurious than I'd expected. The hotel staff was extremely polite and very professional. I had an issue (self-inflicted, not caused by the hotel staff) and they bent over backwards to help me out. I'll stay at the Elara Hilton on subsequent trips to Las Vegas.

The location was great the pool was excellent. The pool staff was great.

The rooms were not very clean The housekeeping staff did not clean very well. I dont know that they ever vaccumed. Never cleaned shower.

Very much suitable for the guest who is not interest to casino game. 5/ Many restaurants and shopping places located inside the Hotel cpmplex. 6/ High security system. In order to access to the elevators for the guest room, guest must presented their key-card room to the guard in front fo the elevator entrance.

Great location, not a casino hotel so easy access to check in. At the back of Miracle Mile mall. Room had good view floor 29. Pool was great. Really good security, you had to scan your key card to access the lifts and also for entry to pool area.

No free WiFi in room.$10 Per day for access. Come on guys. WiFi is free in much less expensive hotels. Don't antagonise your customers. You can go to a coffee shop in the mall in 2 minutes and get free WiFi.

super clean rooms with great views and super location. excellent security system in place.. politeness of all workers was very noticeable.

Almost everything. I am glad we had chose the elara to stay as it was the most family friendly place we seen. Really enjoyed out stay would love to stay there again!!

People that stand in the Vegas strip with prostitute cards. Only thing I recommend as far as the stay elara is they need to ensure that all light fixture work! A lot in suite didn'T. And ensure bedding has been arranged for the amount of people booked.

Staff were great and the hotel in general was a child friendly place to be. We also like the fact that it was in the center of the Las Vegas Strip.

View from 32nd floor was spectacular! Located just off the strip so it's a bit quieter without compromising the Vegas vibe.

The room was luxurious and very comfortable. We loved the motion sensored window shade when we entered the room and the view of the Vegas Strip was awesome. We also love the quietness.
