My room was big and spacious, bright and clean.

The toilet was not working properly, despite the fact that I asked for a technician. The people at the reception were really slow and not so friendly

I thought been charged for Wifi was poor. Also the charge was per device not per room so we all had to share the Internet on one computer.

I liked the view I had, it was wonderful on the 38th floor.When the lights came on it was beautiful!

They tried to charge me a different rate from what I had from Booking .com so Im not sure if it was booking.com fault or the hotel. The menu in the room for room service, prices was wrong because of the hotel change over I just assumed.

It is a very clean and chic hotel wit a beautiful decor. It was quiet and spacious the location made it accessible to many of the other hotels/casinos on the strip.

Response to room service requests were very slow.

The room was spacious and well appointed with a very comfortable bed. It was well located in the Vegas strip and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would stay again.

The pillows were terrible

The staff was very very slow at reception. We had to go through all the shops with luggage to get to the reception via the self parking. We were not advised correctly by the staff. Rooms were nice but overpriced, in addition we had asked a room with two beds and were given a room with one king bed and a sofa bed. Clearly not acceptable for the prices charged. The hotel and the surroundings were also quite noisy.

The hotel is very well located, the room was excelent, very large and comfortable.

I think the hotel should put their name on the front door that is inside the Miracle Mile Mall, because it's hard to find if you are not sure where it is.

Attention when you pay!!!!!! We had a booking for 1.400 dollars and they tried charge me more than 1.800!!!!! Dont go there, there is better solutions on the Strip for that price.

Nice and big rooms, good and big pool, good location

When you pass the your rooms, they always check the your hotel key. It makes you uncomfortable.Feeling like army or business building entrance, not good really.

The room facilities were great and the cleaning staff wonderful.

Staff at the reception did not listen on check in when I explained I would be using a different card to the one I used when paying deposit as the original card had been cancelled, The new card number was given to them. 4 days later they were chasing me as they tried to debit in the old cancelled card and this had been declined. Surprise. The new credit card number was not noted on their system. The arconidtioner in lounge room either blew at full speed or nothing The weekend was ridiculous due to the amount of young drunk people within the hotel, which resulted in vomit in the elevators and broken bottles in some areas. Security was non existent except for doorman. Overall unpleasant experience

Location on the strip, facility (mall, casino), etc. Fun things to do all aorund.

Staff at the pool cabana areas was very very slow. Only 1 waitress for all cabanas on a saturday when the weather was in the 90's!! Took way too long to get food, drinks, etc. The tv in the cabana didn't work either.
