We have stayed there before several times. It is central to sightseeing locations in the city and close to bus lines, shopping, and excellent restaurants. The bed for 2 people was on the small side. |

Access and convenience to most attractions eg Chinatown, downtown, cable car to Fishermans Wharf. Friendly and helpful staff. Traffic noise at night and early morning but muffled if windows kept closed at night. |

Centrally located in Chinatown. Easy access to start of San Francisco Marathon. Found street parking without difficulty. Lots of hot water and good water pressure. Beds are old and creaky. |

The location was good and the staff were helpful about allowing us to check in early It was a little basic inside and with the facilities offered, particularly compared to other hotels stayed in on this trip |

Great location in China Town. Close to California St. Cable car but a fair walk to other transport. Good gift shopping and restaurants nearby. This was our second stay and our room was much bigger than last time. Our room had opening windows but it was noisy. Friendly staff. You must use airport to door shuttle or taxi (and reverse) if you have bags. Steep hills. No breakfast available but a cafe and a Starbucks are nearby. Guest use Internet is available but is expensive and slow. |

Most of the desk staff were very helpful and seemed to be reliable when requesting shuttle service for eg. When my remote did not work it was fixed quite quickly. Although some of the rooms are small everything seems to work like hair dryer, TV phone etc. I think the cost for internet usage is unreasonable. There was no advice regarding public transport system like maps etc. I think it should be offered to guests.I think potential guests needs to know the size of the room they book and the view for eg inside or outside view. My one room had big windows which could open and the next one could hardly open. |

Convenient to China Town Steep area of San Francisco so unless you get a taxi to the door, getting there with bags is diffiult. Our twin room was very small. |

La posizione è molto centrale, molto vicino a Union Square. L'hotel è all'inizio di Chinatown ma la zona è assolutamente tranquilla. Connessione Internet wireless free nella camera. L'hotel ha delle cassette per il deposito bagagli self service molto comode e molto capienti che consento di lasciare i bagagli assolutamente al sicuro, visitare la città e ritirarle anche molto tardi, io le ho ritirate intorno a mezzanotte. La camera è piccola ma comunque confortevole. Lo staff è costituito da personale cinese, cortese e presente 24 ore su 24. |

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. De ligging is ook wel gezellig; in Chinatown. Alles was erg klein. De kamer, het bed, de douche en zelfs het toilet. Misschien kwam dit omdat het in Chinatown ligt en alles op de lengte van chinese mensen is afgestemd. De afstand naar Fishermann's Wharf was ook wat verder dan we dachten; zeker een half uur lopen. |

Lo que más me ha gustado es que es céntrico. Es un hotel viejo que las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear. La limpieza no es demasiado correcta. |

La localización del Hotel, en pleno China Town de San Francisco, a 2 minutos andando de Little Italy y Union Square Las fotos no se corresponden demasiado con la realidad pero, aún así, la relación calidad-precio es buena. Además, parece que están remodelando la decoración del hotel. |

Cet hotel est trés bien situer pour le cartier chinoit et pour union scoire c'est trés propre un peut vieux mais trés bien je le recomande a tous Il n'y a pas de frigo dans la chambre |
